Always my go-to dealership for oil changes! I love that it is walk-in and no appt needed. I always get great customer service, and the associates always notify me of deals. I received exceptional service from Andre Johnson today! Always a pleasure to work with!

Terrible customer service. Went in to look at a used car and it had damage to the rear bumper. They told us that they could sand and paint the bumper at an additional cost to us. The bumper was dented and needed to be completely replaced. We ended up buying a pristine used car at Rick Case Mazda for the same price that they were offering this damaged car for. Sales manager was very rude too.

From the Wednesday when I went to the dealership to make the appointment my experience was horrible. I wait for almost 30 minutes for a service professional. One of the service professionals took a customer that had just walked in before me. Which was very disrespectful and rude. Then, when I spoke to Tammy about it she was rude and only said she would speak with him about it. She made it seem like my issue was not important. I made the appointment for 9:15 am on Friday, only to get there and had to wait again for about 30 minute again Tammy saw the line was long and did not come out to help at all. Other customers questioned as well why she didn’t come out to help. After they took my car back to be serviced, I went to the parts department to order a new fob key, which cost $252.00 the part guy did tell me that it had to be programmed but didn’t advise me that to program it would be an extra $250.00 for the 30 minutes service. The heart of any car dealership is the service department and after this recent experience and disrespect it’s left me with major concern to say the least!

We were buying a car and the sales person was very nice and helpful but the manager was SO RUDE ! I have never seen the manager interestingly even though I was spent almost five hours . At the end I asked some discount and they called the manager , he told me to “get out if we will not buy” with so rude attitude. My little son even afraid and asked me why was he SO RUDE THAT MUCH ? Of course we didn’t buy . Andrew was an awesome salesperson. Thank you SO MUCH but I hope you guys get a better manager .

I had a wonderful experience buying my first car here! Marcellus was SO informative and so helpful!! I felt comfortable and confident making my purchase. The car was very well taken care of and clean as well! Even though I originally intended to see another car, Marcellas had a great recommendation that suited my needs well!

On 11/11/23 I went to get an oil change. I called before I went and was told that if I was there by 3 I could be serviced. I arrived a little after 1 and was told by the rude nonchalant service guy Matthew that he took his last customer at 11. I informed him that I called before I came. He stated that the person who answers the phone is not on site. I responded by don't you think you should let them know that you're not excepting any more. He said come back Monday. I drove over an hour to be turned away. I've called the service manager & district manager & no response.

My experience here was great! I went in on a Tuesday looking for a specific car and from the moment I pulled in everyone was very welcoming and happy to help me. Daniel M. was my sales manager and I couldn’t be happier with the experience from my test drive, to help with my trade in, to driving the car off the lot a day later. Came in looking for a new car and Demarr went above and beyond showing me my options and cars within my budget. I thought I knew which car I was going to get coming in but he showed me one that I did not expect to love and ended up buying it! Excellent guy and a great salesman. When it's time to trade in I will definitely be coming back to work with him.

If zero stars was an option...I bought a genesis gv80 prestige which began having transmission problems less than 60 day of ownership. The vehicle was in this dealers care for almost 2 and a half months while they figured out the problem which resulted in a new transmission - it's on it's way back for more problems the week we received it back.And they even twisted the knife by sending our $90,000 lemon home to us covered in dust and dirt. Thanks Rick case for making me regret every penny of this awful experience.There is no customer service here - no one at this dealer or manufacturer cares. The concierge service they offer is complete vapor - it simply doesn't exist. They do not communicate anything - ever - you will need to beg them and the will make you feel like a problem regardless. The management does not care and will not help - don't bother calling they don't call back ever.This bit about "treating every customer like a friend" is absolutely insulting and offensive in context with how they treat people - none of my friends or acquaintances would ever treat people like this - rick case and genesis should be ashamed.PS; before even thinking of buying anything from them come to the dealership on a Saturday morning and stand in the excruciatingly long line of unhappy owners and see for yourself if my experience resonates - I'm not alone. Run away from this dealer and do not buy a Hyundai or genesis.

STAY AWAY!! Especially from loaner vehicles. Service manager TAMMY BAKER (Thief) plus service employees charge you for damage on any loaner vehicle that was previously there. Please note, loaner vehicles are given to you dirty and filthy just to hide previous damage. Don't sign any DAMAGE waiver without having them clean the loaner and inspecting before leaving the lot.

The service I received was completely inadequate for a dealership. The service representative were very rude and unprofessional. I dropped my car off for 10 days with several concerns. I called several times to check on my car and didn't receive any updates. I received a call from Orlando saying my car was ready for pick up however when I arrived none of my concerns were addressed. My car is under warranty with 30K miles and I had to pay for my services even though the services are covered. I had to make two appointments outside of the original appointment where they had my car for 10days to resolve the issue that I originally went for. They offered no type of consideration or empathy for the encroachment they played in the situation. My car was returned dis shoveled and dented. Where I requested to see the picture since they take before and after photos I was told that they didn't get a picture of the part of my car and they were not affiliated with anybody shop so they would not take responsibility.Save your time. I have received better service in an alley.

They deserve no stars. In short, they botched a simple oil change and then tried to cheat so they would not have to pay for the fix. Here is the story... I went in for a simple oil change under warranty. Two days later I realized that the oil filter was leaking. I took it back in for them to fix their error. They did the repair, but charged it against my warranty so that the next time I went in for my oil change I was told it had already been done. Rick Case had charge the Fix of their error against one my free oil changes. After repeated calls and emails to set things right with no response I contacted Hyundai Corporate customer service and only then was my problem resolved.

Do not come to this location for any vehicle services. I had to schedule a service for recall work, the soonest they could schedule me for was 3 weeks out. I show up for my 10am scheduled appointment at 9:53. I’m told the recall work will take 2 hours so I sit patiently in the waiting room… after 3.5 hours I start walking around and notice my car sitting in the parking lot, so I go ask about it. They did an oil change and none of the recall work I was scheduled for, it’s even on the paperwork “technician did not complete”. 3.5 hours for an oil change, with a scheduled appointment, and no explanation for why services were not done, and I’ll still have to reschedule for the recalls(critical safety recalls btw). The desk associate told me “I’m more mad than you, I’m not paid to watch these children” referring to the service technicians. Trust me, find another Hyundai dealer.

We visited several Hyundai dealerships and found Rick Case to be the most welcoming, and they had a good inventory of vehicles that interested us. Our salesperson, Rupert, was informative, courteous, patient, and quietly humorous. He made sure every one of our requests was met (even when we changed our minds multiple times), and he never pressured us into making a purchase. Bongsu was cheerful, knowledgeable, and understanding. We haven't owned our vehicle long enough to have any impression of Hyundai as a manufacturer, but the sales team we encountered made ours a very pleasant car-buying experience.
