I would have put zero stars if allowed. I purchased a sectional from RTGO back in Oct2023 and the leather on the seats started splitting and tearing. Terrible quality. They agreed to replace it and delivered new furniture May 2024. This set lots awful with stains and missing leather paint. I was shocked when I received it. Scratches and uneven backs of the recliners. Some pcs even look like different colors. Don’t stop here. Furniture quality is garbage.

Decided to buy a 2 pc sectional and a reclining sofa chair. Seller was so chill during transaction even paid a downpayment of 500 only to find out I need to go back cause I didn't sign the finance papers. Smdh I dont mind if it's 15 but it's 30mins away.

We bought a sectional and 2 recliners from Tonia Newton at Rooms To Go on Pleasant Hill in Gwinnett. She did a great job helping us make our selection, assisting with warranty options and leather treatments! I highly recommend working with Tonia plus the prices at Rooms To Go are so much better than the other local furniture stores for similar quality!

Byron was one of the best sales people I have ever met for any top of shopping, helped me and my wife get our new house set up and gave use great styling advice and also helped appoint delivery dates that worked for our schedules. Highly recommend paying this store a visit if you need to upgrade from ikea and Amazon furniture like we did
