If your life or recovery depends on Durable Medical Equipment supplied by this company, don't do it! Look elsewhere! It was DAY 6 after a senior friend was discharged, that they allegedly "attempted" to deliver her hospital bed, per the unpunched hanger found on the adjacent side of the house. NOPE, STILL NOT DELIVERED!!!!???

If I could give a ZERO, I would. The lack of professionalism and concern showed by this company is disturbing. If your doctor gives you orders for DME from Rotech, kindly request LINCARE instead. They are compassionate, caring, and actually concerned about the customer. My mom needed oxygen after being discharged and the difference in customer service has been like night and day. Rotech you need to do customer service training with your staff asap. Especially your delivery drivers.

I can finally leave a glowing review of this company after using them for 3 years! Thank you, Kim A. for your prompt and pleasant service in researching, identifying, and sending out the correct face mask, after coming in to the location. I had previously ordered, and even sent pictures twice over the phone for the masks. Thank you, Kim!

This company is horrible! They are lying devils. The staff has no care or concern for the patients they are supposed to be servicing, and they should be closed down. Extremely poor service. I will be reporting them to the BBB. If your doctor gives you a referral to this place for anything, please ask for another company to deal with.My family's experience with this place has been a true nightmare!

Terrible service. Unfortunately I work during the day so I can't get service. Anytime I have tried to call them on a break I spend the whole time waiting and listening to a recording that says they have unusually high call volume. For a year? I even stopped in to the office on a day off and waited a half hour before someone told me the respiratory therapist only goes into the office when there is a scheduled appointment. I told them I can't get through on the phone to make an appointment. I was assured I would be contacted. Never heard from anyone so I switched to a much better provider.

The service from this company is below one star . they have more excuses on why they can't deliver their air tans when they said they would. The first time when I called when my wife came home from the Hosp. it was eight hours before some one showed up. and then 2 of the 3 tanks were empty when I want to use them. and when I Called about it that they could not deliver any that day until the next day because they driver was all ready out The problem here is this company is managed with the right hand has no idea what the left is doingIT WOULD BE THE LAST COMPANY I WOULD RECOMMEND.

Terrible, Beware, Worst DME. Hang up phone, keeps sending bills that should be paid by insurance. I have called over 10 times and was told that they would get the account straighten out. Lies, even after they spoke to my insurance company and it was verified that the insurance company pays 100%. They send wrong items that were not ordered. Doctors say they are not good to get supplies and equipment from. Do not deliver what is ordered. Ver unprofessional company. Stay AWAY

If I could give this company a negativity rating I would. This is the worst company I have everdelt with. Like other comments before mine, I was trying to speak to a manager, was put on hold, and every time it rang back to a number I was put back on hold. I was never given a firm answer as to the status of my CPAP machine. My insurance has already approved it. The last person I spoke to could not careless, she was chewing food in my ear, and talking about what time she was getting off, and how tired she was. UNPROFESSIONAL!!

I have been constantly trying to reach out to this company after they mailed me a AirSense 10 CPAP machine with a nose pillow and hose that is not a ResMed product. My doctor and I both requested a mask change. Now they won't even take my call, my home health aide's call and it's been weeks. I believe that they are deliberately waiting for my 30 day period for changes to run out so that they can then send out the required monthly supplies without cost to them. I'll be calling the insurance company Monday morning and switching companies if I can. Because your company apparently doesn't care about a person's health.

Going to the facility is the only way to get help, which sucks for a lot of people. There are no online tools to request new oxygen tank refills, or if your air compressor breaks, or if you need a wheelchair picked up.We've also had many many billing issues. We have two open accounts, one with a misspelled name, so at any given time we could be billed to an account and not know because we have this extra account.The people who work there are all amazing, incredible, and over worked. Rotech needs to either hire more people at this office or find an engineer on FIVER to help them build an iOS app.Its 2023, why are we forcing both customers and employees to do everything over phone? There are extremely cheap and easy-to-set-up chat solutions that can solve their volume problem.

They are terrible to communicate with. They constantly are calling wanting you to order CPAP supplies from them. Then when you order from them they find reasons not to send them to you. After waiting 30 minutes on hold to speak to them they tell you to contact a local Rotech Office. When you call the local Rotech Office your phone call is sent to the same groupthat told you to contact the local office. There service is terrible and I am going to find someone else to buy my CPAP supplies from.

Worse company ever. My care team sent them the paperwork for portable oxygen concentrator 3 weeks ago. I was told today that this paperwork was still in the hands of company. Nothing has been done. 3 weeks ago I was told that the paperwork had been forwarded. I will be doing all I can to transfer my oxygen needs to another provider. I have lost all confidence in this company. I don't believe they care about the people they serve.

Terrible at patient educationHad 2 different techs explain portable tank (old cylinder type - not concentrator). When I asked for written directions I was told to “look it up on YouTube.” When I finally managed to figure it out on my own through trial and error, it was fine. Until today when we were away from home and tank was leaking. After an internet search, we realized that a washer (that we didn’t even realize was part of the assembly) is missing. It would seem the lack of written instructions would be a HUGE liability for this company; had we been given any, I’m sure the washer would’ve been noted. As it is, we are at a doctors appointment 45 minutes from home with no oxygen source for my partner who needs supplementary oxygen 24/7. This is unacceptable.?

Worst company you can deal with for your oxygen needs. Was charged $34.87 a month for a nebulizer which you can buy for $24.98. Was charged that for eleven months which I thought was for my home oxygen concentrator. Oxygen concentrator guit working and couldn't get them to come fix it as was on oxygen 24/7 . Finally got off oxygen after 14 months and 3 days but could not get them to come pick up machine on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday . No show and no calls to inform me of another pick up. As I informed them on Friday that as they were not interested in getting there machine back that my pulmonary Dr. would be more than happy to have it. So if you have or are thinking of using this company all I can say is Don't.
