I love this place and never go anywhere else for my eyebrow threading. Shahnaz is a perfectionist when it comes to her work.. she gives honest and helpful suggestions.. I can’t let anyone touch my eyebrows but her.. giving 5 stars for her!!!

NEVER GOING BACK! I called ahead to ask about Brazilian wax for sensitive skin and was told that chocolate wax would be used. Midway through the procedure, she switched to hard wax without my consent. I was only notified after it had been applied. The pain was excruciating when she tried to remove the hard wax from my sensitive area. I was literally sobbing because of the pain and I instructed her not to remove any more of the wax because the pain was intolerable. She began taunting me by laughing and calling me a baby. She said that anyone that has given birth should be able to tolerate the pain. Then she started mocking me by making fake sniffling sounds (no actual tears) and she told me that if I didn’t stop crying that I would make her feel bad. She told me that she could cut the wax with scissors only to gain my trust because she started ripping the wax off again and I screeched in pain. It literally felt like my skin was coming off! She made a weird comment, saying that she was my mother and I should let her remove the remaining wax. I refused. I left the salon without removing the remaining hard wax. I told her that I would never come back to her salon after the way I was treated. When I got home, upon further examination of the area, I saw blood. I had to soak in a warm sitz bath home and use baby oil along with clippers and ice cubes to remove the remaining hard wax, which took several hours to complete. This was a very painful and traumatic experience
