Told me they wanted to transfer my migraine meds so I wouldn’t be without because they didn’t have enough in stock- didn’t transfer my meds, and I have been without them for over a month. Said they called my pharmacy and left a voicemail, no one at my pharmacy has spoke with them or received a voicemail. Poor communication and patient follow up.

This place is the worst!!! No one answers the telephone and they never return calls or messages left on their voicemail machine. Customer service is horrible… tell your doctors not use them if you think you may need refills or important medications. I would not recommend this pharmacy service as there are much better on-line pharmacies.

Definitely a drug store, not a pharmacy. I have been getting one of my medications here for a year and a half. I have asked numerous times to be notified when I have a prescription ready, and have not been called, texted, or otherwise contacted or notified in over a year. They used to have a delivery service, but as far as I can tell that was discontinued.
I tried calling for the past 3 days to see if they had a prescription ready for pick up for me, which I have been out of for 2 days now. Yesterday I called at 5:20, as they close at 6:00. The automated response said they were closed. Today I tried calling, and as soon as a human picked up the phone, they hung up on me, without even a word.
The only reason I am giving 2 stars and not 1 is because when I do go in to pick up meds, service is prompt and at least semi-professional.
Edit: I just called again, and they picked up on the second ring. Apparently all the phones shut off at 5:00. I asked if they would be open at 5:45, as I have work, and was told I could get my meds "if there was still anyone there." I got a text 5 minutes later telling me my meds were ready for pick-up.

If I could give them less than 1 star I would.. my doctors office utilized this company and they would never answer the phone, always had to leave a message in which they never call you back.. had to call every month to have prescription refilled. I call the other day to have it refilled and they decided they didn’t want to fill it because of how the doctor coded it.. I had preauthoization for 1 year and they filled the last 7 months but then wanna play god and not refill it. I tried to have it transferred to CVS and they wouldn’t even approve a transfer.. had to have my doctor call in a new script to CVS, which they filled in 15 minutes.. beware of this company and stay away.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! I SWITCHED PHARMACIES BECAUSE OF THEIR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE & THEY CONTINUE TO MAKE MY LIFE H3LL BY STILL REFILLING MY PRESCRIPTIONS & CHARGING ME. I CALLED REPEATEDLY & THEY HUNG UP. DON'T EVER USE THEM. IF YOU DO YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Honestly, I've never felt like I don't matter more than I do when I use this pharmacy, despite having $100 of meds filled here every month for years. I have to call 4 or 5 times to essentially walk each staff member that answers through their job to fill my meds. Today, after having been told by several people my meds would be delivered Monday and having to call 1) Wednesday last week, 2)Friday again to remind them to fill my order per who I spoke to on Wednesday 3) Monday to once again ask why my meds were not there -then told my meds were not ordered on Wednesday like they said they were. So they have to order them for Tuesday delivery. 4) Tuesday, I get told the shipment came late, 2pm (didn't tell me until the end of the day) so I will get my meds the next day. Today is Wednesday. Noon. I just got a call saying another tech used the order they ordered for me to fill their pts meds, so my order is delayed and will be filled and delivered after 6pm this evening. I take those meds for a life altering condition and I have been out for over a week now. Not only that, I need to take one by 4pm TODAY in order to be awake for a 5am flight I have tomorrow. I have little never felt like I matter less than I do with this pharmacy and absolutely no one gives a damn there. No matter how many times I ask them why they don't do what they say they do, the when I call them out, they say they will and apologize, then proceed to put me through the same thing, but they certainly charged my card 2 days ago . Had someone called me this morning I could have picked them up myself. People take off work for this stuff. Completely irresponsible. I'm just so sick of this. I dance this dance with them 3 times a month, they just do whatever they think you'd want with your meds and then you're left to make sure you can comply. So in short. They've screwed me once again, and they will do it again next month. I can't just take my script to Publix, I'm forced to use these specialty pharmacies for the meds I take and quantities I need. I literally cannot function without my medication. I'm at the mercy of some people who couldn't care enough about me to make sure once single fill goes smoothly for me. After years of service. They know my name when I call because they think I'm difficult, not because they care about me as a customer or patient.

One star because you cannot leave negative stars. They filled a prescription after I told them not to. Spent a week trying to transfer prescription to my local pharmacy to get it filled and got the run around over and over. Terrible customer service. Avoid them at all costs.

TERRIBLE!!!! My doctor suggested this place because they would fedex my scripts. I thought that might be convenient. They DON'T auto refill even when they confirm it's on auto refill. I have to call to refill EVERY SINGLE month. Then they DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE! I have called 4 times today and all 4 times they have directly disconnected the call or sent me automatically to hold until I hang up. It is impossible to get in touch with them which means my medication is delayed, every single month. After 6 months of this, I'm moving my prescription to Publix.

I have been using RX Universal for several years now. Initially, I just used them for one medication that was not available at my local pharmacy and have since had my other medication transferred over to them due to how great they are. Legitimately every single person I have spoken to there is so KIND and helpful. They always go above and beyond. If they are out of a medication or I was late in requesting a refill, they will do everything possible to accommodate me. Every time I interact with someone there, I am left in a good mood. I truly think that being a nice and amiable person must be a requirement to work there because never once, in the 3+ years I have been using them (calling at least once a month) have I spoken with anyone who was less than exceptionally nice and helpful. Dealing with these kinds of things always causes me anxiety, so it is just so refreshing that I have such a pleasant experience with them every single time.
