This sams club has to be the worst, all the staff and I mean all the staff work with such a lazy attitude and get annoyed when you asked them for assistance, they all move with no sense of urgency that it is amazing that thing things get done, I've seen almost all staff on their phones. Do better sams club.

Love this place! We like the meat dept. especially. Good deals for feeding a large family. The meat dept. also helped me once pick out the best piece of meat for a pot roast. The store is clean, the shelves are neat and orderly, and I've never worried about if they'd have what I want. Thank you!

Worst costumer call service in the auto department. I was rudely interrupted by being placed on hold by Mary who failed to make an attempt at helping me through a different way when I wasn't able to provide ONE answer about my tires. Will not be using their service.

I had two items and got into line then one of the cashiers with a raspy voice kept moving us around. And treated us like trash I literally was so upset I had to put my stuff up and leave. Don't go here unless you want an hour wasted. Also the bananas potato's has mold on them be wary.

I will never go back to this Sam's location again. The reason I went there was because it was closer to my office so I placed an order for curbside pick up that would be ready between 5 & 6pm. Not only was it not ready but they didn't even have everything that I had ordered because I went into the store to get the stuff myself. So I canceled the order online, which it's not showing that it was canceled but I get an email at 8:49pm telling me my order was ready to be picked up which is hilarious because the store closed at 8:00!!! Not only that but I stood in line for over 15 minutes to show the receipt to the one checker at the door because the line was so freaking long. The Sam's Club on Clairmont Road is the ABSOLUTE BEST, friendly, organized and helpful!!!

THE CHICKEN BLACK MAN, The one who's cooking the chicken, was very rude and pick a chicken. Insisted that he would give me one instead of letting me to grab one. Careful what days you go. One black lady with glasses will ask to see your card and then ask again after you show her. Then won't let you in unless you show her ID

Will never step foot in this Sam's Club again. Horrible employees who are more interested in talking to each other than helping paying customers. Brought this issue to the person at the exit who works there checking receipts and my mom and I got called rude by this person when we told her that the behavior by the employees was unacceptable. We requested to speak to a manger who might as well have been like talking to a brick wall. My mom demanded an apology and the employee rolled their eyes at my mother. Horrible store and horrible employees. This Sam's Club location should go out of business.

I’ve never seen the incredibly slow returns anywhere else. After about 20 minutes of very little progress, I took my return & left.

OPTICAL REVIEW: I've been coming to this location for over 10 years and it's so sad to see the deterioration over time. From inept front desk/optometrist assistants to inconsistent ophthalmologists who clearly don't want to be at this center for more than year. Tried to order some contacts and the experience was lackluster to say the least. Will not be coming here again

Pretty decent Sams club, always clean. Costco is larger but we like the self check out area in Sams. I keep going for the same product that is always out of stock so that sucks, but the grapes they have are 10/10. Does always seem like a lot of the employees are always hanging out in groups talking up front instead of helping check out on registers. But that's at every wholesale location.

Now that Yelp has changed their 3-star label to just "OK", instead of the previous "A-OK", I'll be generous and award 3 stars to this Sam's Club (as much as the "Could have been better" for 2 stars might have been closer to my sentiments. Since we only recently joined, we've never been to one out of state. This one is so close to the Venure Drive Costco - so why not check it out! Perhaps I shouldn't have bothered. This space has even MORE of a warehouse feel to it than most other big box warehouses I've come across. Not sure if the square footage is lower than other Sam's - and I did not do a thorough compare - but it certainly feels like the selection here is more limited. One area I almost always check is the wine section. Theirs is mostly racked, compared to the usual bin/aisle display, and that's not a positive. Don't want to be too much of a wine-snob when I say this, but when one of their largest wine displays is of Reunite's 1.5 L. Lambrusco, that pretty much tells half of the story! Seriously, they must have less than half of all the wines that I find at my Florida Sam's, which is ironically that opposite of Costco (meaning, I find much BETTER selection of wines in Costcos in Georgia, compared to FL, by far!) Again I find fault with their completely stupid merchandising: I'm no expert in the subject, but a good merchandiser goes beyond making the shelves look pretty; the objective is in ... MOVING the merchandise and turning the inventory, and just as importantly, helping shoppers make smart purchases (or at least giving that appearance)! In a side-by-side display of mindlessness, they had two EVOOs, same brand, different price, but the SMALLER size is actually higher cost than the larger size! (see my photo). How did that happen, you ask? Well the more expensive one was organic, and the other isn't. You'd think they'd make that abundantly clear in the big price sticker on the rack? Nope! Apparently, it's above someone's pay grade to do that. Last but not least, the abominable bath room (again, see photo): aye-yuy-yuy! Perhaps 2 stars IS more appropriate!
