Talk about fantastic customer service. I ordered a pair of shoes for a student, ended up they were out of stock, but showtime emailed me immediately with other options. Very thankful for that a quick response and offering alternatives. I highly recommend shopping here.

The staff is so helpful and kind! They sat down with my children who just started their ballet careers and sized them for ballet slippers. Just amazing people!

I cannot thank Carrie enough for supporting a confusing order of multiple pairs of shoes during very hectic times. She was nice, clear, concise, and prompt in all of her help (including shipping!) and I would recommend Showtime Dance Shoes in a heartbeat for anyone thinking about purchasing shoes, especially online. With other online retailers, you really don't know what you're getting, and half the time, the order gets messed up because of something silly. With Carrie, I was confident the whole way through that we were in good hands and that's certainly worth its salt. Thanks again Carrie!

I needed by-Gawd dance shoes for Contra dancing and kept hearing and reading that this was the place. I was intimidated by its being a "by appointment only show room." My reaction was" I just want to buy a pair of shoes." I made an appointment, told them my shoe size and what styles I saw on their web site that interested me (I wanted something stylish, not the traditional black patent leather.) Wow, what a cool experience. I got there and Brandy had a pile of boxes waiting for me and in fifteen minutes I walked out with red crocodiles.

Great experience, especially for a first time buyer of salsa dance shoes. I recommend getting properly fitted if you can. Although it’s by appointment only, the were able to schedule me in on a couple hours notice. So glad I got the right snow. It makes all the difference.

I started taking dance lessons a few weeks ago and my instructor recommended showtime dance, I went online to check their products out and found the shoe I wanted, I also seen on their site that it was by appointment only, easy enough I called them right up and made an appointment. The ladies working there were so helpful and polite answering every question I had. I will definitely give them my business again when it’s time for a new pair of shoes.

After rearranging my schedule so I could travel quite a distance to Showtime Dance Shoes, I was disappointed to be informed that I could only shop by appt. Unfortunately this is not made clear on their web site. It would have been okay if the saleslady had been a bit more professional. After she told me that it is by appt. only, she told me that she only had 10 min. to let me try on shoes. Naturally I needed more than 10 min. Basically it seemed as if she did not want my buisness. An apology would have helped the situation. I hope to find a better store to serve my needs.

I love Showtime Dance Shoes. I used to be a ballroom instructor and recommend them to students just starting or who are going pro! After ten years STDS is still my #1!
