Everyone was so nice and welcoming. I came in to get a gel nail polish change. Some of my nails were shorter than others. The staff kindly explained as well as showed me different options in order for me to still get my desired look.

I had such a great experience at Royale’ Nails & Spa on Medlock Bridge! I got a dip powder manicure with French tip add-on by Lee and it turned out flawless. Lee was so precise and gentle — my nails look amazing! I also had the best pedicure by Kelly — super relaxing and thorough. Both Lee and Kelly were incredibly sweet and friendly, which made the whole visit even better.
The salon itself is beautiful and spotless, with a calm atmosphere, refreshments available, and a genuine sense of care from the staff. 10/10 — I’ll definitely be back!

Everything has been renovated and it’s now under new management!
The staff is incredibly kind and professional. I’m very happy with the service—Teresa and Katty did an excellent job on my nails! Highly recommended!

The Service is amazing here nail techs are very friendly. I tried the new GEL BUILDER product is awesome!! I will never go back to S&S dipping powder. My nails look so natural and it’s an easy process . S/O to my Nail Tech Ms. Kathy /Kelly aka KK 😁 for all her great work. I highly recommend this nail salon.

This nail salon is beautiful! Let's start off by saying their check-in system is state of the art (digital). I was greeted as soon as I came in. The staff is friendly attentive and accommodating. Snacks and beverages were offered and because I came from work, the young lady gave me a blanket to put over my legs to cover my skirt. Most places do, but I didn't have to ask, she offered as soon as I sat down. You ladies who serviced me were amazing. I will be back often.

I love this salon. It’s my favorite. I have been coming here for years. The service is always impeccable and the people are all so nice. It is a truly luxurious spa experience. They use high-quality products and do an outstanding job with nails. I always request Leena for my pedicure. She does an outstanding job and is very detailed. I don’t have a regular for my fingernails, but Kim did an outstanding job today. It is a bit of a drive for me to come here, but well worth the trip.

One of the BEST salons I’ve ever been to. From the moment I walked in the the moment I left, I received top notch service. Got an eye brow wax & SNS. Jean was my nail tech and I can’t say enough good about her. She was so detail oriented, listened to what I wanted, took her time & was so friendly! Hugh is the manager and was also such a joy. So friendly & welcoming and made sure I had the best experience. If you’re looking for your go-to nail salon, this is your place!! Request Jean!!
