Awful customer service. We purchased phones online and had to go into the store to set them up. The first thing this lady says to us “you didn’t have to come in. You can call customer service and they can activate your phone” she then proceeded to tell me they don’t set up phones. I sat in that store for two hours and set the phones up myself. Worst customer service. Nobody even came over to ask us if we needed help in those two hours. Will be making a call to corporate

As a person who was sent here by corporate itself and was told they dont have the device knowing that they do reasons why corporate sent me here is ridiculous i understand yall get paid more on new lines than upgrade but this was important now i have to go to another store that they for sure made sure i would get the phone the woman was rude as hell never would i recommend people to see her and go to the store im also reporting this to the higher up within corporate if i was a secret shopper this store would have failed completely

From yelling at elderly women, to a truly evil attitude and carelessness, this location has it all. Be sure to go to this location if you want to deal with some of the most miserable cases of humanity that spectrum dragged in and gave a name badge.

Visited 3 times, different weeks, each time I was told they could not handle the issues. Each time numerous employees in the store sitting around.This last time I went to return the equipment they would not take it. I was told only UPS could return equipment. This was not the information I was given over the phone by Spectrum.Spectrum needs to evaluate, as they are paying people to sit around.

They have been saying their “systems are down” at this location for the past 3 months whenever people are coming to return equipment. Instead of doing their job, they send everyone to the ups store to do it for them.

Never come here even appointed!!I was waiting over 1hours but still waiting list. So slow take care of it. 3 people attend but very slow. Just switched cable modem & router.This is horrible. I was complaining but they said come back tomorrow. No manager on duty. I do see all reviews amazing never fixed. Owner said just sorry no change.

I went in July 7,2023 to replace my router and return some items. When I walked in, i was pleased by the store manager working there. Really good customer service and really sweet. I didn’t wait long and the lady that attended me was super sweet and had a great attitude!

Terrible internet provider. I live in a home where two of us work from home. We have been experiencing 1-2 outages each week the last 3 months. These outages last anywhere from 15 minutes to 4 hours. It’s making work-at-home very difficult and stressful. Our home along with multiple others in the neighborhood are being forced to search for another internet provider.

Visited the Store as Duluth store is permanently closed1. Store is in prime location with target and Home Depot near2. Store is big compared to Duluth location3. We have nearly 3-4 customers agents always4. Greeted with welcome when entered5. Since I am returning old equipment I have conveyed the same6. Quickly got confirmation on return and receipt aligned to my account7. Clarified some question on phones and plans and got all answersOverall experience is good and attached photos from store .

Went in today and was not looking forward to experience since I read so many negative comments! Waited less than 3 min! Ana my service rep was absolutely fantastic. Kudos to her for taking the time and actual had a nice conversation while she looked my account as my Router was no longer working! She got it all set up gave me info and I was out the door in 15 minutes. Ana was absolutely fantastic. Please ask for her as she is top notch. Thanks I have my internet back working great .
