I used to be a regular until I dropped off two pieces to be picked up that friday so 5 days later. I come to pick up the next friday (a week later) to see that neither of my pieces were ready. She said they will be ready that friday (which is already 3 weeks at this point). She told me for both a pieces it will be $86. My mom (another regular ) had to pick them up because i was out of the country and they made her pay $100 instead of the $86. I would’ve been okay with the pick up day and price if they told me ahead of time. They kept changing the pick up day and price. All that just for the dress to be shorter than measured and the jumpsuit not even fully finished. (yes i went inside to drop off and measured both items)

IDK why this place has such low ratings. I've brought my son's ROTC uniform here at least 6x in the last year - each time with huge stains on it because he's a teenage boy lol and each time they've cleaned it to a pristinely new condition and it only costs me $7 per piece. I've also brought vintage items in that needed cleaning ASAP before a last minute trip (like I gave less than 48 hours time) and they cleaned it for me without any fuss and any upcharge. I like to support this place because it is a small, woman of color owned business with decent prices that is close to my neighborhood and they get the stains out and the job done.

I entrusted the clothes to them, but they shortened them by changing the length of the front and back, and ripped the elastic bands on the back. They shouted that it couldn't be done, and if they ruined the clothes, they had to at least say they were sorry, but they couldn't make it back the way it was. I broke my clothes and had to go back, so I lost $40 in taxi fare.

I sent 3 pants and 2 dresses for alterations, and it came to $70..! Even if it's $70, if you repair clothes, don't they basically do ironing for you? They don't iron, so if you want ironing service, go somewhere else!

Gave them 2 suits and one jacket for repair, awful job and quality of the repair. Took 2 months to fix the jacket that they never even bother repairing. Will not be coming back.Services: Alterations

Dropped off 21 shirts for laundering. Asked them to replace smashed buttons on 2 shirts. When I picked them up those buttons had not been replaced and 5 more shirts had smashed buttons. I requested that they NOT cross the shirt sleeves in front because the plastic clips leave creases in the sleeves. They said no problem. When I picked them up, the shirts all had crossed sleeves and long creases in the front of the sleeves. They "fixed" the creases by hand ironing them which meant removing all the shirts from the plastic and handling them which left them wrinkled. It also meant 2 trips to get my shirts. After $64 dollars I took home 21 wrinkled shirts.

NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE. I WISH I CAN GIVE THIS PLACE ZERO STAR. They have ruined mine and other customers clothing and said they can’t do anything about it and asked us to PAY for the dry cleaning. So funny. We had to argue to have their owner call us and the owner got mad at us. She said it was the cashier’s fault and because she fired her she can’t do anything about it. After long fights and them being irresponsible, the owner said she’ll fix the clothing if we buy and bring in our own material to fix our clothing THEY RUINED. The only good thing about this place is the lady that does alterations. She was nice.

One short-sleeved t-shirt costs $4.50. It's expensive because it's polyester. Does this make sense?

This is the worst. I had a sweater cleaned there and returned 3 times to pick it up and still do not have the item. All they could tell me was that it was not in yet. They have lost my business and telling everyone I know about this place.
