I went here to cash a check and service was great. The banker was very sweet and had a great conversation with me making the transaction smooth! The bank is located in a great busy location with a lot of parking and accessible off of the Main Street and near the highways.

Their online banking frequently disconnects from online accounting software, like QuickBooks Online, even after repeated login attempts and verification codes entered. The message "try again in a few hours" really means try again in a few days. Phone calls to the branch don't resolve any of the issues as they claim it's a technical issue. With all the bank fees paid to them, why can't they resolve these frequent issues? My other banks never have this problem.

Everyone at this branch is super professional and always willing to go the extra mile. Customer service is very personalized. My office is located 8 miles away and I rather drive out of my way and pass other branches to go to this location. Your business is extremely valued.

Zachary Zulock is beyond the most patient, hard working human being on Earth. I hope he is getting well treated and well paid because waiting in this 20 minute long line with ONLY him as the teller for both in house AND drive thru and able to keep his composure with complaining, rude guests ON A FRIDAY!? is beyond me. He displayed exceptional customer service. I love this location literally because of this human being! He is on GO ALWAYS!!

This drive thru ATM always gives us problems it takes over three attempts to make a deposit if it even lets us. I’m not coming back here again. This has been going on for months. My card works perfectly fine at every other SunTrust ATM. This last time it took over six attempts at two different kiosks and still I wasn’t able to deposit money

If you have all day to waste, go see Ms. Marquez. 15 minutes for simple deposit, she counted the money 5 times with money counter. Asked her why, it came up with same number each time. She replied that's how she does it... Guess won't be using this branch again!

Only two tellers working a Saturday? And one teller was doing double duty (drive thru and lobby)? No bueno. Suntrust, you can do better.

Horriable customer service if I come through the drive through it's because I don't or can't come inside I have a very short window to run work errands and using the drive through help my time but it seem that everytime there's an issue that requires me to come in side. I'll just be going to Pnc from now on

I have been to thus branch and the one on Meadow Church Road several times. Each time there is a different teller and she works the counter and the drive through. Of course, there is always a line on Saturday. Not surprisingly, there is high turnover. Bad, cheap bank. Hire some people and pay them well. Shame on you, Suntrust!
