very unprofessional. Im convinced it the whole entire company at this point. Before today ive had bad experiences too. They never ordered my new card which i have already waited 3 weeks for. Ive called to confirm my card was on the way and THEY LIED AND SAID IT WAS WHEN IT WAS NEVER ORDERED. The branch leader was the one who “issued” the card for me too. 3 weeks later IT WAS NEVER ORDERED. They didnt care (the clerk was nice) and refused to give me a temp. Even if it is policy you should do everything you can to makeup for someone waiting a month for a card that was never ordered also to lie about it is crazy bc they said it was in the way over the phone. Dont trust them with cards . Always go in person but even that didnt work for me. One time i had to come in 5 TIMES TO GET 2 accounts closed about a yr ago( and they werent closed til last week ish). I have been a loyal customer to truist since my FIRST DEBIT CARD. And feel as if i have been pushed aside many times. I will continue to bank with them and come in person. I dont care that i am blasting their services . Maybe they will choose to be more compensating and caring and ACCURATE!!!

Listen to the other reviews. Ugly service and interactions. Branch manager ditched customer to perform employee review. Only banker available has a nasty attitude. Place was dead, not busy. No reason for that.

Stopped in to get a document notarized. Service was quick and friendly. However, I overheard that there was a 45 minute wait to speak with with someone other than a teller.

Looks like this branch has some of their own banking rules. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BRANCH/BANK. Went there with a couple of issues but will be ending up closing all my accounts with them.

Andrew is the absolute best! We had a serious emergency on our hands and he wasn't just helpful in what needed to be handled but his demeanor and sense of humor calmed me down ~ he's a gem :)

Went in this morning to take care of a lot of issues, and Andrew was so helpful. He was able to resolve my problem and things were going so smoothly I ended up taking care of some other to-do's while I was there like ordering currency and rearranging my accounts. I will definitely be back!

DO NOT do business with this bank. They are slow and useless! I originally opened up a business account online and all was well until I had to visit the local branch. I only came to this one since it was closet to my house. Big mistake! Let's just say 3 trips later and a whole month later, they still haven't closed my account after I signed documents asking them to do so. They never answer the phone and when I had to go into the bank to make a wire transfer, the process took over an hour! They also held my business check for over two weeks when the funds were good! I'm literally on the phone with customer service, while typing this review (they actually answer the phone) trying to get my account closed. Of course now they are trying to get me to go back into the branch to do what was already done a month ago. Stay away if you need a bank to actually go into! The other reviews are right on point! Use online only banks, much better support for busy people like myself!

If it’s the same employees that were there when BB&T was the bank. I would not do business with them at all. Not a pleasant experience at all at this location!
