Listen to the other reviews. Ugly service and interactions. Branch manager ditched customer to perform employee review. Only banker available has a nasty attitude. Place was dead, not busy. No reason for that.

Stopped in to get a document notarized. Service was quick and friendly. However, I overheard that there was a 45 minute wait to speak with with someone other than a teller.

Looks like this branch has some of their own banking rules. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BRANCH/BANK. Went there with a couple of issues but will be ending up closing all my accounts with them.

Branch manager jonathan is UNBELIEVABLY unprofessional. I will definitely be closing my account. Truist is NOT worth your time.

Andrew is the absolute best! We had a serious emergency on our hands and he wasn't just helpful in what needed to be handled but his demeanor and sense of humor calmed me down ~ he's a gem :)

Went in this morning to take care of a lot of issues, and Andrew was so helpful. He was able to resolve my problem and things were going so smoothly I ended up taking care of some other to-do's while I was there like ordering currency and rearranging my accounts. I will definitely be back!

DO NOT do business with this bank. They are slow and useless! I originally opened up a business account online and all was well until I had to visit the local branch. I only came to this one since it was closet to my house. Big mistake! Let's just say 3 trips later and a whole month later, they still haven't closed my account after I signed documents asking them to do so. They never answer the phone and when I had to go into the bank to make a wire transfer, the process took over an hour! They also held my business check for over two weeks when the funds were good! I'm literally on the phone with customer service, while typing this review (they actually answer the phone) trying to get my account closed. Of course now they are trying to get me to go back into the branch to do what was already done a month ago. Stay away if you need a bank to actually go into! The other reviews are right on point! Use online only banks, much better support for busy people like myself!

If it’s the same employees that were there when BB&T was the bank. I would not do business with them at all. Not a pleasant experience at all at this location!

Stay away from this branch. The female branch manager is very rude and condescending. I opened an account today online I'll be closing the account today as well. I was trying to explain to three different people that I was hung up on a situation after opening my account. I got frustrated with them and I cussed. Last Thursday March 10th 2022 while I was in the bank cashing a check same female branch manager was in her office on the phone talking with the door open about another Branch operating with only two employees and her not wanting to send any of her employees over there she was also cussing while on the phone made a big deal out of me cussing today. she's a hypocrite. It takes a lot for me to get frustrated but when nobody's listening to you and making you feel stupid. It's not a company I want to do business with.

Do not recommend! Poor customer service from management and "bankers". I called and requested a bank verification form and continuously got the run around; promised emails and a call back in which neither I received. Very unprofessional and unnecessary. I'm closing out my account and going back with a larger credit union - I do not recommend
