I’ve had some issues with Samantha being remarkably rude for no reason and never responding to emails and lying later on saying she never seen them and instead of correcting the issue all she does is argue if I could give zero stars I would I really just need our small business to go smoothly but it’s impossible with someone like her being so unwilling to help I hope it’s not a race thing but one does have to wonder why

LAURA, LAURA LAURA CHAPAK!!!!! What an amazing Person!! She is taking care of my 4 vehicles and 2 houses. She will go above and beyond to get customer satisfied. Always available if you have any questions or concerns. 5 Years with her, not a single Agent in town could beat her deal. Very caring at the same time professional.
