Howard is the gold standard of racquet engineering. I brought mine in for new strings and for the next 45 minutes while watching him restring ,I got a racquet lesson that was worth paying for. Had a semi-final game and my racket strings broke when I was practicing that morning. Howard took me in right away in Labor Day, replaced my strings and had my racket ready for my match. Great guy, great cusomter service. Taught me a lot of cool things. Will definitely recommend him to all my friends and family.
