I scheduled a move over the phone and they set an appointment for a Monday at 10am, they also required me to give a $100 deposit. They then send me a text at 10:15pm THE NIGHT BEFORE and tell me that they need to push the appointment back a few hours because "they couldn't get the truck in time", I told them that wouldn't work for me because I have work and I'd just like my deposit back.They then proceeded to tell me "it's just a few hours sir!" even though it was way too late to move my shift again, and then tell me my deposit is non-refundable (never mentioned that before and also not in writing). Possibly the least professional company I've ever dealt with.Edit:Response of "it wasn't our fault" is such a joke... it might not have been your fault but it absolutely was your decision to keep my $100 deposit when you were the one who needed to reschedule.... Think the response also says enough about this company, you're paying over $150 an hour for a guy to rent a U-Haul for you... take your money somewhere else.

We paid 1500 to move our office. First day truck broke down and they rescheduled for next day. They were suppose to be at our office at 10am. They didn't show up until 11:30. They completely ruined an 80k piece of equipment and scraped up most of the other pieces of furniture. When I sent them a pic of the damaged machine they wouldn't respond. Way over priced and do not care about what you are moving and your time.

I hired Thompson Mover for the yard cleanup based on the good reviews. He didn't come on time and came with just truck and no tools. Charged me $250 for 1hr job which he didn't completely finish.

Thompson Movers were wonderful and easy to work with! They were very quick and responsive. We also had some VERY heavy antique pieces that needed to be moved into the upstairs of our new house and they moved them with ease. I highly recommend them!Services: Local moving
