I got French tip nails last Monday and that following Thursday the white part of the nail started to chip on half of my nails. Now a week later I’ve lost 4 nails already. It’s only been 10 days!! As a regular I’ve very upset.

Tina is absolutely amazing! She’s the perfect combination of professional, personable, and incredibly creative. Every time I sit in her chair, I know I’m in good hands. I’ve been coming here for awhile and have always loved what they’ve done for me! Each stylist is willing to experiment and work with you to do exactly what you need! I usually don’t get pedis, but needed to treat myself and it was really nice! I got a basic pedi with gel polish to match my hands and I love it! The owner is so nice and her color match abilities are AMAZING! I’m always clueless about what color to do, and she’s so knowledgeable. I fully trust her to choose the right color for what I’m looking for! Thank you guys!!

I used to be a regular at Tiffany Nails but stopped about 6 months ago because the gel manicures and pedicures would peel within just 3 days. I decided to give them a second chance today, hoping for a better experience, but it was even worse. I was told to sit down and wait for someone to assist me in 5 minutes, but after 28 minutes of waiting, no one had even acknowledged me. When a technician finally came over, she told me the color I wanted was discontinued, which was not true. I asked for a comparable shade, and then the service went downhill even further. My nails weren’t cut, barely filed, and my cuticles were only pushed back and slightly cut. All of this was done in just 6 minutes.
While the technician was getting polish, I noticed how disastrous my nails looked—uneven, messy, and badly cut. I had to start filing and cutting my own nails because there was no way I’d let them paint over this mess. I left without any polish, no lotion, no massage, no oil, and no hot towel—just an $18 charge for 6 minutes of wasted time. It was incredibly disrespectful, and this experience confirmed that I won’t be returning. I gave them a second chance, and it was definitely not worth it. I do not recommend this place at all.

Thank you for your reply. However, I believe there may have been some miscommunication. My main concern was not only the color issue but also the quality of the service (did you look at the photos?) I received during my visit. I was disappointed by the lack of attention and care given to my nails, and the overall experience did not meet my expectations. I understand that you purchase polish in bulk, but that doesn’t address the issue of the time I spent waiting and the poor service that followed. I hope you take this feedback seriously as it reflects the experience of a long-time customer. Thank you for understanding.

Crystal is a true artist! She transformed my nails with a beautiful intricate design that everyone is complimenting. She takes her time to understand what you want for your nails, making sure you leave satisfied.

These pedicure results leave much to be desired. The service was lackluster and there was no attention to detail. I paid 60$ for this. The pink tips are extremely sloppy and I paid extra for dead skin removal and 2 hours later my feet look and feel exactly the same as they did before I arrived. I believe the service provider was either inexperienced or uninterested in providing quality service.

I love this place. Once I started coming here don’t want to go anywhere else. My daughter and I trust them all to take care of us. Crystal, Tina. Lyn and so many more whose name I might not remember (sorry ladies and gentlemen!), but you are ALL awesome!

I hate writing negative reviews. It's 2 AM and my toes are hurting so bad I can't sleep. I work 12 hours plus days standing on my feet, this Pedicure was overdue and needed. This is my 1st time at this location and the establishment is beautiful. They welcomed me and seated us fast. The guy that did my feet was nice, but was cutting into my feet. He put a timer on for how long he was doing my feet and that never happen before. During the timer another lady came in to have a feet fixed and he stopped in the middle of my Pedicure to fix her feet. I didn't realize he left. When he was gone for awhile I looked over and saw him doing another customer feet. When he came back he rushed my Pedicure and didn't finish my cuticles on one of my feet. The timer went off and he was done. I am not sure if he stopped the timer when he was doing the other lady feet, because I didn't know my Pedicure was being timmed. My husband Pedicure was not on a timer. Don't rush my time and put me on a timer, when I came to relax and get a decent Pedicure. If I was on a timer, you should never leave and fix someone else feet in the middle of it. I was telling him that he did not do the cuticles on my other feet. He said he did and that was it. This was a rush job and the dead skin on both of my feet is still there. My big toe on both feet are hurting due to him digging into them and rushing. I was looking forward to finding a new nail salon, due to the last one I was going to for years closed. I don't think this is it. They have many customers and Obviously doing something right, but for me and my husband we will be looking to find another location.

From the moment I walked in the door, the owner Crystal was welcoming and attentive. The salon is clean, and decorated really pretty with gorgeous chandeliers. The chairs are THE most comfiest! Service was great, loved the customer service and loved my nails. So glad I stopped by! The one thing that really made an impression was Crystal coming back around after the service was done to make sure I was happy with my nails. 10/10 recommend!

i been going here forever! and they do my nails really well but please don’t go to daisy. she cannot do nails without being coached through and for that, i will not be coming back. it took her 2 hours to do plain pink nails. be warned. she also cut my mother multiple time with the drill and her hand was burning.
