Great gaming shop. Has a large variety of inventory, plenty of open play space, and friendly staff. They also regular hold events like cooperative table top games or competitive card tournament

This place is absolutely massive. And the staff is beyond helpful when it comes to finding just the right game. Highly recommend you go check it out. I am so happy for the world of board gaming and that the state of Georgia has a store like this

Level Up games is a large shop/gaming space that has a good selection of hobby boardgames, miniatures and paints, card games, and collectibles. I often come here to play games with my friends, they have a number of tables setup for board/card games, wargames (with some terrain pieces), and spaces for miniature painting. They frequently have tournaments and events hosted here, and lots of opportunities to meet people interested in these hobbies just hanging out on most evenings and weekends.Definitely worth a visit if you have an interest in any of these things, and the staff is friendly and respectful.

Came here to search for a specific board game and the selection here was amazing! Not only did I find the game I was looking for, but they were on sale for buy 2 get 1 free. Ended up getting 3 games and a few other things for a great price. The service here was amazing as well. The staff was so helpful and answered any questions I had and my cashier was fantastic! I look forward to coming here again for more games.

I visited Level Up yesterday for Yugioh cards, hoping to support the shop. While a kind lady tried to assist me, the overall experience left me feeling unwelcome. The gentleman behind the counter seemed apprehensive, making it uncomfortable when I wanted to view the booster boxes. The booster boxes are always 30+ dollars more then their online retail value but still I’m there to support, but if I’m going buy something almost worth 100 dollars I’m going want to hold and see the boxes to make my final decision. I understand the prices can be high, but I'd appreciate the opportunity to choose which box to buy, without the staff thinking I’m going to run off with merchandise.I ended up purchasing $100 worth of cards and sleeves, although I typically spend $200-300 each visit. I'm a devoted supporter of local card shops, but this experience was disheartening. It felt as if I were being watched or followed due to unwarranted suspicion. Me and my partner could not walk around the store without being followed or stared at.I have fond memories of this shop when it was smaller, and I miss that era. Sadly, unless the environment improves, I'll have to remove Level Up from my list of regular card shop visits. My girlfriend, who was with me, felt the same way. I expected camaraderie among geeks and nerds, but sadly, that wasn't the case at Level Up.

This place is great. Really deserves 5 stars but their lack of a website at the moment and inability to see their in house inventory is the reason for the deduct. Hopefully that will be forthcoming. Duluth is huge and has a great staff. It's hard not finding something to get while I'm on my regular visit there.

An excellent selection and variety of board games and prices are within the expected retail ranges. A huge area for tables, but only a single bathroom which can be overwhelmed when attendance is high. Small snack and drink options (e.g., no Diet Mt. Dew). Acoustics are very harsh and conversation can be a bit challenging.

We are board game collectors and we love this store! Huge selection of games. We have to travel over 130 miles to visit here but it's worth it every time! Also, friendly, knowledgeable workers make for a great experience here also.

Knowledgeable, friendly, helpful staff. Great at seeing when you just want to browse (or are introverted) and seeing when you might need since help. Product selection is fantastic across the board. There's always new stuff. Nice selection of indie TTRPG!

good selection. Carter is always helpful and has great customer service when I come in. I shop here often and would recommend to anyone in need of models, games or paints.

This place is one of the nicest game stores I have been to in the area. There is a huge selection of board games, toys, and cards to look at. The staff is super friendly and helpful. At the back there is a huge take arts to chill and play games. I highly recommend checking this place out if you haven’t.

Not a bad store, but it is completely wheelchair inaccessible. If you can't walk up three different sets of stairs, you're pretty much screwed. However, staff were super friendly and it's a neat store! Just would have liked to be able to explore it more.
