If I could put freaking negative stars I would. Consistently every single time I call I am on hold for almost an hour, which is absolutely pathetic. I sat on hold the other day for 2 1/2 hours. For one part. I ended up having to get my sales rep to call somebody that he knew at Trane to order the part for me because they refuse to answer the phone. Just for them to answer the phone and give me some bull crap excuse and I can hear people laughing in the background having the time of their life. If you wanna play go to a playground. Y’all need to hire some people that actually know how to work. This is ridiculous. I just sat on hold for almost an hour for it to transfer me to a different store because Duluth did not answer the phone just for that store to not be able to help me and tell me I need to call Duluth Back. It is absolutely insane. This is clearly been an ongoing issue and no one seems to care. May you take a step back and look at your Google review reviews. If I knew of any anywhere else to get these Parts I would not ever call this store again.

I've been to DMVs that are run more efficiently than this Trane...or any Trane. OMG, talk about living off a once good name. I have a customer waiting for over 3 months for a replacement compressor. I sold all my Trane stock. Horrible company, pathetic store.

Call to place an order with Trane and twice they put me on hold and then just hang up. I waited 25 mins on hold and then they disconnected me again. I absolute hate this company and this brand and hate having to work on these units as a tech because their staff are the worst in any industry I’ve ever dealt with. Shameful and awful. Would never put a Trane in my own home with how awful they are.

One of the worst places to try to get someone on the phone if your calling to find a part figure at least 45 min. For someone to answer the phone and that's being generous was one the phone over an hour a few times ... Do better trane!!!

terrible attitudes by tha guys in tha warehouse! this is about my third time delivering here and a guy sits in tha office about 10 feet behind tha actual counter with the door closed and window closed and talks to you. dude is too fat and lazy to get up and talk to you like a man. and god forbid a forlift driver actually gets in the fork lift and drives the damn thing. these a/c units are soo light next time ima just push them off myself and sign tha paper work and keep it moving
