I dropped off 6 live animal shipments at this location — 1 UPS Next Day Air and 5 UPS 2-Day Air — all properly packed with ice packs and handed over at 5:30 PM, a full hour before the posted 6:30 PM cutoff.
Despite doing everything right on my end, 4 out of 6 packages were delayed, Only 2 shipments arrived on time. That’s worse odds than a dice toss — and these are live animals we’re talking about, not socks from Amazon.
I understand things can go wrong, but if your posted cutoff time isn’t accurate — or if packages aren’t being scanned or staged properly — it needs to be addressed. I expect better from a facility handling live, time-sensitive shipments.
As a business owner, I rely on carrier consistency and proper handling. This experience was unacceptable, and I’m deeply disappointed.

I have some building plans printed and they sent me to another location which was fine. Problem is you couldn't read the plans when they were printed. They didn't even tell me when I picked them up. They wont give me my 55 dollars back. Said it was my fault. I sent the same email attached plans to another ups location and they printed just fine and it cost me 34 instead of 55.
I got a phone call today and the UPS store realized their mistake and will credit me back all of my money.

Terrible service. The worker who eventually helped me ignored me when I first walked in, then refused my Amazon return saying it wasn’t “customer packed”—even though it was in the original box and just needed tape. He printed the label, then canceled it without offering any help. Unprofessional and rude.
Update: Appreciate the response, but it doesn’t excuse the poor service. Being busy is no reason to ignore customers—basic courtesy should still apply. The item I brought in was in its ORIGINAL Amazon box, completely undamaged, and just needed tape. Instead of offering help or explaining the policy respectfully, the employee canceled the label and dismissed me.
What makes it worse is I went to a different UPS Store with the exact same package, and they accepted it with no issue—just taped it and sent it off. Clearly, it wasn’t about Amazon policy, just poor service at this location. Definitely won’t be returning.

The customer service was excellent. They acknowledged all customers who came in and addressed everyone's issues in a timely manner. They had a great attitude of helpfulness. The two employees were a man and woman team; I didn't catch their names, but they made a fantastic team.

This place has the best service in town! Anila and her team did a great to get my projects print in time. They exceeded my expectations in terms of print quality and customer service. I was very satisfied with my print quality and definitely delivered on time! I submitted my business cards to print early in the morning and by 3pm it was ready for pickup! This is the best UPS team in the neighborhood :)

I was so impressed with Anila this morning. She handled a long line and multitasking with 3 different customers with such poise and professionalism. She answered questions of confused customers, shipped my box and handled a few returns, literally at the same time, and with patience and grace. She never rushed anyone or seemed annoyed. It was the most impressive thing I had seen in a while at a store! Bravo to Anila and she deserves a raise!

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Notary didn’t have a clue how to get his job done. Our passport appointment was lost because he didn’t fill out the statement of consent page appropriately, and the Indian woman that was there with him tried to blame us for their mistakes. Family emergency and now everything will take longer than it should’ve in the first place.
