The postal system is so messed up in Duluth.. I'm tired of running back n forth to the post office and still don't have my mail

Poorly managed, awful service. Impossible to contact over the phone. They seem to be unable to handle hold mail requests. It's always a battle to get delivery restarted.

Zero Star. Etremly rude stuff with zero respect for people. They should send back to a training class and teach them how to treat people in a civilized manner. They are not qulified to work in a modern country like USA.
