The location at 3470 McClure Bridge Rd has a huge line of customers even in the last hour of closing, but the line is always moving and staff stay back late to help. Workers are very friendly, calm and kind, and the staff are great, friendly and thorough. Customers report good functionality of the self service kiosk, although the self service machine sometimes does not work and the package drop box can be full. The post office is usually busy and the line can be long, but the people working here are pleasant and help with package retrieval, phone call and update. USPS processes and delivering 47 percent of the world’s mail and manages over 30,000 retail locations. As far as post offices go this place is decent, fairly quick and alright but the dust and cobwebbs on the high ceilings.

Poorly managed, awful service. Impossible to contact over the phone. They seem to be unable to handle hold mail requests. It's always a battle to get delivery restarted.

Zero Star. Etremly rude stuff with zero respect for people. They should send back to a training class and teach them how to treat people in a civilized manner. They are not qulified to work in a modern country like USA.
