United States Postal Service delivers to every residential and business address and is the only organization in the country to regularly provide secure, reliable and affordable mail and package delivery. The location at 3470 McClure Bridge Rd has a huge line of customers even in the last hour of closing, but the line is always moving and staff stay back late to help. Workers are very friendly, calm and kind, and the staff are great, friendly and thorough. Customers report good functionality of the self service kiosk, although the self service machine sometimes does not work and the package drop box can be full. The post office is usually busy and the line can be long, but the people working here are pleasant and help with package retrieval, phone call and update. USPS processes and delivering 47 percent of the world’s mail and manages over 30,000 retail locations. As far as post offices go this place is decent, fairly quick and alright but the dust and cobwebbs on the high ceilings.

I wanted to recognize the excellent service from O'Brien at the Shell Station USPS located on Buford Hwy and Old Peachtree Road in Duluth, GA 30096. He went out of his way to offer help getting my package boxed and mailed. Thank you. Peggy

I would give a zero if I could. They are the most rude uneducated customer service employees I've interacted with. They kept my package for 5 days without delivering it to my house.

I came around 8:50am, shortly after they opened and found no customers and 2 workers. They were very helpful and initiatively helped me with what I needed… specially Ms. Helen was so friendly, cooperative and helpful.
The building, itself, however, is very outdated with lights flickering and paint peeling.
