The tall Bald Black male employee at this post office is flat-out rude and disrespectful. His attitude toward customers is unacceptable, and he should not be working in a position that requires interaction with the public.
I will not tolerate being spoken to in such a dismissive and unprofessional way. Management needs to address this issue immediately, or you will continue losing customers.

I always go here for my designated spot for dropping off packages with the Clip 'n Ship service. It's always quick and easy here, and they're super accommodating and helpful. Just one scan from my phone, they print it out the shipping label and put it on my package, then they hand over the tracking number. Easy. The ones closer to my house tend to be incredibly inefficient, forcing the customers to buy boxing tape if the customer doesn't have tape to mask over their shipping label and then forcing them to go to the back of the line again. However, I've never had that issue here. Definitely recommend this one.

The bald head African/Jamaican dude is VERY RUDE. He huffs and puffs as if he doesn't want to assist (as if that's not his job) he also makes inappropriate comments asking people when the last time they have been to jail, and elderly lady at that. He is very rude and needs to be addressed. The Caucasian guy (clerk13) on the far end was very helpful and respectful and pleasant. This has nothing to do with race as i am a Hebrew Israelite myself the Bald dude is just plain rude. This is the USPS ON BOGGS RD IN LAWRENCEVILLE GA

If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. This is by far the ABSOLUTE WORSE postal branch.
The counter rep are slow, like molasses, unfriendly and just the worse. Lines wrap around and outside the door. I’m convinced that tenure of service is what keeps them in their positions because it’s definitely nothing else.

Greg was very helpful. I had an important papers to sent as well as the money order. He stapled all my receipts in one and helped me professionally. Great experience!

The woman working passports, Latoya I believe, was incredibly rude and racist. She started off today shouting at a man who told her he struggled to read English and could not understand how to follow the written instructions on getting a passport or making an appointment. She shouted “well I guess you can’t get a passport” at this poor man trying to understand. This type of behavior is absolutely disgusting. He did not start off rude with her and was asking for help and she made fun on his inability to read the difficult language used in these passport guides. Don’t go here if you have even simple questions.

One of the best service in life i got there. I have been there for my kids passport renewal and Ms. Aqua was at the service. Starting from passport picture to DS-11 form I made so many mistakes that Ms. Aqua could easily send me back for another appointment which will be at least 20 days later because all the appointments were full for the month. But my God! that sweet lady helped me out in every thing to sort all the mistakes. She even told me to come with a new correct DS-11 form in same day during there closing hour at 7pm so that I don’t have to make another appointment. I mean who go this far for their customers these days in states. I really appreciate her service and I wish her all the best in life. May God bless her.

This location refuses to scan packages and give you a receipt saying that there is a satellite location when other post office will scan and give you a receipt if it’s expensive and you need a receipt to file a claim don’t go to this location. The self service kiosk is not always functioning when today to ship something and guess what the machine was down so I wasn’t able to scan and get my receipt which you will need if they lose your package would highly advise to go to another Post office.
