This was the most disappointing service I’ve received in such a long time. I was so hopefully, everyone was so kind, the atmosphere was great, but the tech that actually did my nails said she could do what I asked for in almond shape. First, the almond she did was disappointing and the dip was unevenly applied. I was so upset. She tried two different glitters, but it was truly just the application. She could not do my nails as requested. She then tried to blame it on the shape I chose.
Edit to add; I am still picking my fingers away from the nail because the glue was left there so long without being separated.
I don’t think I’ll be back.
