She found the issue quickly and provided us with several options depending upon how aggressive or conservative I wanted to be with his treatment. I was not expecting that and I really appreciated it. “Polite and timely. The scale wasn't accurate at first. Registered my dog as 75 pounds which I knew to be incorrect. It was starting from 25 pounds instead of 0. Probably bc I stood on it to get me doggie too..but, I did step off and it did not go to 0...had to be reset. Recommend techs always check to ensure starts at 0.”

“This Banfield,and the one in Vinings across from the baseball stadium, is top tier!! The front office staff,tech,nurses and vets are top notch! This location is the singular reason I've renewed my Banfield dog wellness plans the last two years. I am so glad I found this location after some less than stellar ones at Banfield Snellville and other nearby locations. They take the jobs very seriously but are so loving to my dogs and they are incredibly compassionate, thorough and can explain a multitude of topics, easy and.difficult, in easily understandable terms.

“I first came to this location almost 5 years ago when I had got my Staffy at 5wks old(yes young but the mother stopped feeding the liter) he was in pretty bad shape. The staff here took great care of my little guy and now he's going on 5yrs old and he LOVES going to see them. When we pull in the parking lot he instantly starts to whine and hop around. I refuse to take him anywhere else.”

I was a bit nervous to call with questions, as many vets that I called prior were very rude and cut me off abruptly. I called this vet and had the absolute pleasure of chatting with Tammy. I had a ton of questions, and she heard me out and answered every one. I've been worried about my turtle for a while now, but I couldn't figure out where to go. She eased my mind and I'm so excited to have a vet for my old Ornate Box Turtle!! Thank you so very much for your help, Tammy! =)”
