“Dr. Perry and her assistant were wonderfully caring and gentle with our reactive 12 year old Corgi! He was totally relaxed and content. Best of all Dr. Perry answered all my questions about my little guy’s condition and every option available. I feel so relieved and completely confident that I made the right decision to drive the extra distance to Duluth. Thank you all so very much!”

“I don’t have enough good things to say about this place. First, $35 for a vet appointment healthy or sick. Each service was also the cheapest I’ve ever seen. Why don’t more vets have upfront pricing like this? Two people sat down with me and answered all of my questions (and I have a lot). The whole appointment took around an hour and a half. Well worth the wait, considering the price and the attention my kitten received.”

“I had such a wonderful experience with Planned PEThood! From the moment I brought my dog in, everyone was kind, welcoming, and genuinely caring. It really means a lot knowing that your pet is being treated with patience, compassion, and care. I especially want to recognize Janet, who was absolutely wonderful and incredibly helpful throughout the process. She took the time to answer my questions, explain everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable and confident that my dog was in good hands. Her kindness and helpfulness truly stood out! . I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a place that truly cares about animals and their owners. 🐾”

“We are beyond grateful for Dr. Dani, Michael, and her incredible team. Our dog had been misunderstood by vets in the past, labeled as 'aggressive' when he was just in pain and deeply uncomfortable. No one could figure out what was wrong or offer him true relief until we found Dr. Dani. From the very beginning, Dr. Dani approached our dog with patience, empathy, and proper understanding. Dr. Dani didn't just see a complex case; she saw our sweet boy and took the time to treat him like family. Thanks to her expertise and dedication, Dr. Dani uncovered the root of his issues and gave him the relief and comfort he needed. He is now a different dog—happier, healthier, and finally able to enjoy life again. Another fantastic perk is that Dr. Dani comes straight to your home! This made all the difference for our dog, who is much calmer and more cooperative in his environment. It is an unmatched level of care and convenience. We can't recommend Dr. Dani and her team highly enough. If you want someone who truly cares, who will go the extra mile, and who has the knowledge to make a real difference in your pet's life, Dr. Dani is the one. Dr. Dani has been a true blessing to our family.”

“1I've been taking my babies to PHAH for many years that I feel like family every time I walk through their door. The staff are always pleasant, caring and understanding, especially when I had to put two of my babies to sleep. They ALL show pure and genuine love towards my babies. The vets explain any prognosis in simple terms so that I can understand whats happening and why my little one is sick. They share all options for care explaining what would not only be best for our little ones, but also taking into consideration the cost, which I greatly appreciate. I highly recommend PHAH to everyone!”

“The vet took such great care of my dog. I really appreciated how understanding and kind she was. I requested that my dog receive his vaccinations inside the exam room, and she was very accommodating and made sure he felt comfortable throughout the visit. I’m very grateful for the care and compassion she showed my dog!”

“Polite and timely. The scale wasn't accurate at first. Registered my dog as 75 pounds which I knew to be incorrect. It was starting from 25 pounds instead of 0. Probably bc I stood on it to get me doggie too..but, I did step off and it did not go to 0...had to be reset. Recommend techs always check to ensure starts at 0.”

“Easy to make a booking. Fast services; The doctor examined and provided my cat with all required services in my presence. Unlike another facility, they took my cat away without allowing me to observe. As a result, I was uncertain whether my cat received a vaccination or examination. Will be back!”

“Marvin and Dr. Latchman took such excellent care of my very sick little dog, Bean. I love that Marvin knows both of our dogs so well that he immediately could tell that something was wrong. I appreciate so much that he called in the following days to check on Bean (and me because I was a worried mess). I sure hope that Marvin and Dr. Latchman never leave Banfield! Dr. Latchman has been treating our furry family members since 2009.”
