Calvin was treated with such care and we were even able to watch the entire appointment go down. “Polite and timely. The scale wasn't accurate at first. Registered my dog as 75 pounds which I knew to be incorrect. It was starting from 25 pounds instead of 0. Probably bc I stood on it to get me doggie too..but, I did step off and it did not go to 0...had to be reset. Recommend techs always check to ensure starts at 0.”

“I just want to take time to note how spectacular the staff at this Banfield is. We have been to a previous office with my other two, but this office truly takes the crown for best office in the area. From reception to techs to the Vets themselves, all of the members of the team are truly show stopping. Everyone takes the time to listen to your needs and concerns from the start of the first phone call inquiry.

We have visited the office every weekend for the past three weeks with our new 10-week-old kitten. Every visit they have treated, loved on, and even worried over her as if she was their own fur baby. I am never worried about drop off or even in office appointments here. I know my babies will be taken care of with the best care in mind. My sweet Bee has been a handful for staff and her parents and I cannot thank these guys enough.

From worm belly and fleas, to parasites, and now overcoming an upper respiratory infection, the staff has been such an amazing help for this process. Even when she was running a fever, staff was quick to help and made sure I had all knowledgable resources to make her feel better.

“Marvin and Dr. Latchman took such excellent care of my very sick little dog, Bean. I love that Marvin knows both of our dogs so well that he immediately could tell that something was wrong. I was a bit nervous to call with questions, as many vets that I called prior were very rude and cut me off abruptly. I called this vet and had the absolute pleasure of chatting with Tammy. I had a ton of questions, and she heard me out and answered every one. I've been worried about my turtle for a while now, but I couldn't figure out where to go. She eased my mind and I'm so excited to have a vet for my old Ornate Box Turtle!! Thank you so very much for your help, Tammy! =)”
