No more wasting my time with this horrible company… do not waste your time and money… all they care about is their money…Get a STARLINK….. game changer, and hopefully it will put Viasat out of business..

If I could give a negative star I would, the worst company I have ever dealt with, their equipment goes out, three weeks until I can get a tech out then the tech cancels, I call to cancel my service and now they want to charge me a cancellation fee. Are they for real?

We had a terrible experience with Viasat. In my opinion, the internet service provided was not good and the agreement was misleading, particularly the termination clause. I would NOT ever consider using them again. Frankly, I would NOT recommend them to anyone. Very disappointed in my entire dealings with them. And, during the “free professional installation “ the installer said he did not climb onto a roof so we had to pay $75 in CASH to have the dish mounted on a pole. Again, this was a surprise to us and another example of our total displeasure with this company.

They are liars and thrives! Don't let them trick you into signing the contract, I was told I had 30 days to cancel if I wasn't satisfied and they wouldn't cancel it less than 24 hours after installing, this internet is just as bad as Hugh's net

The worst experience of internet ever. I had better internet in 1999... it's suppperr expensive for the slowest internet you could ever imagine. They have the worst customer service. And when you cancel (obviously they charge you) but they also send you a box to send the exquipement back. You have 30 days to resend everything before you get charged 300$! But it takes a week to receive that box... so convenient (sarcasm). Anyway, don't do it.

11/16 I had installation done with Viasat at about2:00 pm, that same evening I couldn't open app, couldn't set up account after trying 5 times, and plus technician didn't give me receipt for installation on a pole (that's a tax write off for my business since I do work from home 1/3 of time.So with those issues pressing, at 8:00 am on 11/17 I called to stress my concerns under a 24 Hour window I was having and just cancel with them. They wouldn't do it without a $400 cancel fee! I was appalled and argued on the phone with Charlie Fuentes and someone named Bal, for an hour in a half stressing that most places honor 24 hour window of return or canceling free of any charges. ended up having to get my business attorney on another line to help me get out of contract with no charges. Plus, my attorney informed me that just accepting installation is not grounds for a signature, that what I was emailed was a form of forgery and theft of my signature, attached to a 1 page I complete contract. | even had to go and cancel my bank card Viasat had on file as a precaution

Viasat is the worst. I wish that I could give them no stars. I had their services for a little over 2-weeks, and it only worked for the first three days, after that it buffered. They lock you into a contract promising high-speed service, and can't deliver. Do not go to this company for your internet needs. ?????

I would give 0 stars if I could and I would not recommend Viasat. Had 2 modems die/fail. 1st modem fail took two service calls to get fixed, 1st call was a no show, guy said he could find house (installer was able to), 2nd trip was successful but lost multiple days at work. Next they ended my plan (not a promotional plan) and moved me to a more expensive plan. 2nd modem fail took over two weeks for tech to come out, it took him 5 hours, he stated he was the owner of the install company. The modem he brought was bad out of the box, he tried a newer version and it came right up but he stated the modem I had was a couple generations back, hard to find and I couldn't have the newer version and managed to find a used on on his truck with broken indicator lamps and said his job was only to make internet work and he was out of there. When I called for 2nd modem service call, service rep. stated they would credit my account for 3 months service. I told him I was not trying to get free service, just working service. Viasat and continued to charge me and when I called them about the credits to my account, they started there were no notes on the account and wouldn't do anything. And when I inquired about canceling the easy care (wire maintenance) they told me they would charge me for previous service call. My power company should have broadband in my area very soon and I can't wait to fire Viasat.

We've had the service for one month. It has not worked a total of 2 weeks in the time that we have had it. They say after our 90 days, we will have to pay $90 a trip for them to come out every time it doesn't work. They've had to come out twice in one month, so that would be $180 a month just to keep the service working, and that's before we even actually pay for the service. It's not worth it at all. On top of all that, they want us to pay a $300 cancellation fee. This service is a scam. They only make their money by sending the tech out and getting you to pay the cancellation fee while not providing the service that they promised to provide. Avoid at all costs.

The absolutely worst internet provider in the history of the world. I've had service for less than a month and have already had to cancel. I belive this is a scam company that probably makes all its money on cancellation fees. DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THESE PEOPLE. I have to pay $350 to cancel the service after one month. My internet has worked like 3 days in the month I've had the service. Then they will charge you to send a tech out. Just go with Tmobile lite if you need internet in a rurual area.

Absolutely HORRIBLE. We bought this internet because it was the only Wi-fi in our area. They make you pay the highest prices for not even using it. Even when we cancel, they try to make more money out of us. We have not used it for a year. If you are looking for an internet service provider in your area, do not buy from these people. They will put you in a contract where you are paying until the end of the contract, and if you even DARE to cancel early, they will make you pay a OUTRAGEOUS price.
