Brian with the ponytail and ugly mole on the face was one of the rudest and unprofessional lack of common sense employee of the automotive service department of Walmart I have paid in advance for 4 tires plus installations appointment was for 8:00am i got there early around 7:30 am they weren't open even though the sign clearly read 7am-7pm i walked around to the front of the store made my way to the automotive section about 7:35am. Jackass Brian who was on his period as it seems he asked me for my reason for being there i advised him i had an appointment for 8:00am he stated he can sign me in at 7:50am so i decided to walk around a bit got back in the lounge and around 7:45am i got to wards the counter around 7:51am he advised me there was a walk in and it's gonna take 2 hours to get to me I asked what the point of me setting an appointment after that stamens was made he said he will not install my tire like as if he was Mr Sam himself. After this i went spoke with a so called manager or coach whatever fancy name Walmart gives them by the name oh keisha she wasn't very helpful also Jackass Brian was extremely rude towards me in front of her all of the employee of walmart seems very unhappy disorganized and wants to take out their frustration on the paying customers. This Jackass thug female dog Brian clearly needs to be fired for his thuggish street behavior and lack of common etiquette.

I have shopped at Walmart for a good while. But here is my story. Got home from work Sunday March 17 looking forward to a bagel and cream cheese. I opened the container and put my knife in. Upon pulling out the knife I see this purple thing and My first thought? Please Lord don't let this be gum I already spread some on the bagel? I got the courage and went back in and pulled it out. I look closely and there was also a hair. It is some type of rubber or plastic. I did not want to touch it too much. After looking at it I put it back in the container. Since it's pretty much similar to the color of the cream cheese I panic thinking ( I wonder if this is what they put in the mixture to give it color and volume). I went to the store to show the manager and was told to call the 800 number. I called the 800 number explain in detail what I have bought and was told Thank you for your concern and sending me a $5.00 gift card.

The Duluth Walmart bakery made a fantastic dinosaur volcano cupcake cake for my son’s birthday! It was beyond our expectations. Everyone loved it!

The worst experience I have ever had at a Walmart. I went to buy something that was $26 on the Walmart app at that same location and when it rang up a different price, the self check out attendant started an argument and was extremely rude. She told us that they don't price match to the app. Which absolutely makes no sense, why wouldn't you price match to your own app? We then went to another line and the check out attendant was much nicer, but still would not match the price on the app. Why would you have a price on the app at the same location I go to but charge more? The customer service today was awful. I have never had such an aggravating experience at Walmart.

The manager, Taurean, may have the impression that shoppers time is worth a dollar. I went to the store today and found some great tapered candles on sale, actually closeout (from 6.79 to 1.00). I was going to get a pair at this cost it was worth getting some more. I take them, complete my shopping and go to self-checkout only to find that they ring at full price. I get an associate, but she confirms it. So, thinking I misread, I take the candle back and recheck the scan code, but it matches. I ask the guy in that section, and he confirms it. Now, i take them back to the register convinced they would fix this for me. The gentleman helping proceeds to ask the manager, since he could not key them in and...Taurean informs him that the labels are old. A store error! But his suggestion is: to sell me 1 at the closeout price. How is this store managed that closeout labels are not removed and after getting the costumer excited about the deal, they cannot honor the advertised offer or get them to me at cost? I could have gotten the candles for free and still i would not have gotten my wasted time paid.

Ridiculous! I put an online order to be delivered. Paid extra and also tipped. Driver stated did not speak English, at another condo/location. Been trying to call Walmart and it either rings, no answer or someone picks up and hangs up. Why? Is it really to much to ask to get merchandise delivered? Star rating. Big fat zero

What a joke, i bought some jeans and when i checked out it charge me 1.07 over, so I went and took a picture and went to the service desk, the worker was cleaning her area and I actually had to say something about it before she came over and took charge of me, cleaning over the customer!!!! I think I have had enough, selling my stock! Always over charging and most people don't have time to get the refund! No I wouldn't recommend it

My wife just got back from this Walmart in tears. The person checking receipts as you walked out falsely accused her of shoplifting. He stopped her as she was walking out and said she did not pay for a box of breakfast bars. He was extremely rude and made a scene. Once several other folks that worked for Walmart started to intervene, they looked at the receipt and showed him where she paid. The experience has shattered our faith in Walmart. After years of buying from Walmart we are going to Target.

Went there AFTER pickup side was closed. Front door guy said go to customer service and ask for managers. his name was Theo. Guy walks up when I'm asking for MGR. he inquired about my need. I told him I had a pickup and how do I get a refund...? He said if I come back in the am, I can get it. I said no I'm leaving town in the AM. He said he can go and see if he can find it. I waited for 10 minutes and VOILÀ ‼ He brought it out! BOB IS THE GREATEST‼‼‼ Thanks again‼

This place was nice, however crowded somewhat like all Walmart's are. The employees when asked were willing to help me find what I needed. For the most part the employees that I ran into spoke English. Not many Walmarts has many people who can speak English. I was in and out. I found what I needed and the checkout time was really quick.

I wish I could give negative stars. I went to the store to pick up online order as this was the only store with available pick up for this item. I asked the greeter at the door where to go to pick up online order. He told me I needed to go to the Customer Service. There was a long line and only one person was at the Customer Service. I asked the customer service person where to go to pick up the online order. She yelled at me to get back in line. So I did. After 15 minutes standing in line, when it was my turn, she said "Go to the Orange Tower" pointing to her right. She could have just told me to go to the Orange Tower, but instead had me wait in line for 15 minutes. After picking up the item, I took a picture of this woman at the customer service as she screamed at me. Her name tag said Amy, Team Leader. As I was walking out, I asked the greeter why he didn't just tell me where the pick up area was instead of sending me to the customer service, as he can see the long line from where he stood. His response was " You should be happy. You didn't die. You are alive, so what's the problem?" Then he got very angry as I told him he had waisted my time by not directing me to the right place. Sometimes I have to wonder where the heck is the common sense & why these people are being paid for the job they don't do well at all. None of these jobs require a great set of skills anyway. Unbelievable!!
