I was shopping at Duluth store today and couldn’t find cocktails shrimp sauce. I was going to ask the guy wearing a blue Walmart vest near me. I only started “ Excuse me Sir”, he didn’t let me finish, didn’t even know what I was going ask, just gave me a dead face and said “I don’t work here” , then walked away without stopping for a second. Very rude!! And later I found out he is employee of Walmart.

Prices are mediocre for such a behemoth. Shame on them, they used to care. Long waits to return, long waits to check out. The only thing I buy here regularly are pants.. I like their George brand for what they cost. But whether they will have the style I want when I walk in the door is hit or miss.. and moreso since they shrunk the section.

Crappiest Walmart I’ve ever been to. Parking is a nightmare. People are rude and inconsiderate. They will stand in the aisle and not let you pass. Manners do not exist with most of the shoppers and it makes you want to get the hell out of there as soon as possible. It’s so crowded it’s even hard to try to turn around and go a different way. If you’re claustrophobic and hate crowds, this Walmart is not for you. I mean there’s usually 5-7 people with carts in the same aisle 99% of the time. I’m not even joking. The store is always crowded and none of the employees know where anything is. The employees have attitude when you need help and it’s so frustrating. If you act like that… find another job that’s not customer service oriented. I wouldn’t expect them to know everything, but you could at least TRY. The employees are rude, especially when you’re trying to get around their rolltainers and u-boats (the big carts that hold all the new merchandise) as they’re restocking off of them. Unfortunately, because it’s so packed. You have no other choice to try to go around them because they obstruct the aisles. Pretty sure that’s against policy since you could possibly endanger customers. It’s very hard to understand half the people working there. Unfortunately, there’s a language barrier with most of the employees :(
which I understand because we are a country of multiple cultures, languages, ethnicities, and backgrounds. I feel bad for not knowing what is being said and I believe some employees feel the same way.
This Walmart is also EXTREMELY ghetto. There’s constantly Police cars. Yes, I said CARS. As in MULTIPLE. That sit at the front entrance because people steal or start problems in the store…which is never a good sign. It’s hard to get into the parking lot because it’s right off of a highway. I just wouldn’t take the time going here, yall. If I could… 0 stars
