So disappointed in walmart pickup. So many illegal drivers using fake accounts, bot grabbers, stolen Identity etc. Picking up orders it's dangerous for customers what happens if something happens these people aren't background checked. Walmart knows about the problem but refuse to do anything about it. Contacting ICE .

Few weeks ago in Walmart Pleasant Hill -WORST shopping experience ever!! Very long story-short! Worst customer service, I have ever received. My profession for 35+ years is Customer Relations Manager. Treat people how you want to be treated -has been my guide -my rule -to live by. I was treated so badly by a worker at that Walmart-no one in my life (50+ years) has ever treated or talked to me like the worker at this Walmart. Her name was Max. She screamed at me because no one was in customer service area and there was no one in the customer service area -all employees were outside area of customer service. I would have asked if someone would have been there but no one there, no one paying attention as there were then two people waiting in line for Cust Service. I had stepped away from my cart for few mins and asked an employee if ok to leave my buggy-was told it would be fine. Returned in less than 3 minutes to find my buggy w an hours worth of stuff I had already found on my list was gone.(3 minutes gone and Walmart employees had taken my buggy and put stuff up). How many times have I seen an unattended buggy for hours just set in middle of aisle and never touched? I leave my buggy w permission for 3 minutes and they take it and put my all my stuff in return area to be put back up????? ) So I go into the unattended customer service area to look and see if my items were in the return buggies. I could see my stuff on top of different return buggies when I was screamed at by employee, Max, that I couldn’t be back there in area-was not roped off nor anyone to assist me-all I was doing was looking from afar to see if my stuff that I spent an hour alteady finding first time. My stuff was there but really couldn’t concentrate for being yelled at Max and her making a scene. I was so embarrassed like a child being scolded. Max changed my mind and mostly because of how she treated me and in front of other customers with such lack of respect, I hope never to have to go back into that store again. Being a Customer Service Manager, my opinion, Max being older totally has lost what customer service is about. She totally has lost that without customers, she would NOT have a job. Max if going to be dealing with customers, my opinion, should be retrained or-at least think about her job and that customers should come first and be treated like how she would want to be treated! Flo, the manager, I was told , was trying to help me get my things back in my buggy that should never have been taken out of buggy. It was a 3 hour waste of my time and the worst shopping experience I have ever had!!! I wasn’t going to even do a review but after several weeks, I cannot stop thinking about how wrong I was treated I have waited over 2 weeks to write this review because I thought it would go away but it didn’t and hasn’t. So here is my review for Walmart Store on 2635 Pleasant Hill Rd. Very frustrated, disappointed customer!M Smith

Yesterday afternoon I had a very unpleasant incident and that put my life at risk in this place, since a guy threatened me by showing me his firearm according to why I stared at him when it was not like that and at the time of requesting help from the security person, since the event was inside the facilities of this supermarket, he just told me that I had to go out and call the police. Something that doesn’t really help in any wayAn establishment like this should take immediate action on something like this, since it was an armed person who was putting the life of one of its customers at risk.It is a situation that is too degrading and that puts your life at risk simply by going to the supermarket.
