This is THE BEST car wash, bar none. My Porsche Cayenne has never looked so good. The wash itself is amazing, then you can use all the cloths and cleaners, as well as the mat washing machines and vacuums. Everyone I have ever spoken with has been helpful and polite. I've been going here for at least a year now.

Went and Elijah came out to help me at the kiosk. What a professional, kind and courteous young man. He then checked on me afterwards and sprayed my mats to get excess dirt out. I asked for the manager because I wanted to compliment him on how pleasant he was. He then stated he was the manager. Bravo young man job well done!!!! My plan was the special $10 for the $49 wash. It did do a good job but I feel that's steep monthly so I'll probably downgrade after my trial. My budget has no wiggle room 😭. Now the carwash it's self is my go to. 👍🏽I pass 3 others to come to this particular one. It's clean the vacuum works, buffer and tire shine makes your wheels look awesome. Free mat cleaning, free tire air, free towels and lots of other free bells and whistles with great onsite customer service! Definitely give this location a try and you'll see why!! Thanks Elijah

I really love this car wash place because it has covered stalls so I am not out in the sun. I left another place because all the spaces were out in the sun. Surviving 95°, high humidity Georgia summers is difficult enough. You shouldn't have to be dripping wet cleaning your ride. The actual car wash is about 3 minutes and has a no touch system. It uses water jets to clean and a couple of soft things that swish over the top of the car and a buffer. I really like the buffer at the end and the tire cleaner and shiner at the very end. I'm very pleased with this car wash and the attendants that stock towels, interior cleaners and the guys who clean the grill and windows before you enter the wash.

This is one of the only automated car washes I feel safe to take my vehicle. The equipment is well maintained and does a fantastic job cleaning my vehicle.

Reasonable prices, love the free vacuums and cleaning materials. The matt cleaning station is why I always come back to this place.

Excellent car wash. The entire staff is both professional and courteous. Lydia did a great job in helping me with the mat wash/dry machine. The equipment is also top notch. Great pricing as well.

I have been to many carwashes and none have personnel that genuinely care about your car and their customers more than this wash factory express!! I’m met with a smiling face every time I come and you can tell the attention to detail that these employees put into their work. Very very impressed by them. (And my car is ALWAYS clean!)
This wash also offers self services that I’ve never seen at others- window cleaning supplies, clean rags, polish. Additionally, my front plate came off once and they took the time to zip tie it back onto my car. Always going above and beyond, they’re just the best!!

Great wash, clean facilities and typically well maintained additional services like vacuums, and cleaning supplies.
But we wish you offered family memberships at a somewhat discounted price level instead of only individual car memberships.

The staff is always friendly and efficient. My car comes out clean and I love having supplies available to clean the inside too. The monthly plan makes it easy to just drive right through.

On fire ! The best car wash I've used in years! Every amenity needed for you to clean your vehicle. Floor mat shampoo machines, compressed air, and wash basin! Pricing is good too!
