Was just at Wells Fargo and was turned away to open an account. You have to have an appointment to bank with them. Bankers have a reputation for being lazy and the people at this Wells Fargo earn that reputation. I have 8 accounts and have been a customer for years this is how they treat customers. I don't recommend anyone use this branch or Wells Fargo at all at this point. I will be looking at other banks and closing my accounts ASAP.

Terrible service. Qfter eye surgery I needed help transferring money from a text into my Zelle. Customer service refused to help me, saying they may have an appointment coming in. They were just sitting there with nothing to do. Ridiculous. I waite over 30 minutes and the custiomer service rep just SAT THERE DOING NOTHING and would nbot help me.

I have 8 accounts with Wells Fargo. I went to this branch to open a new account and was turned away because no appointment had been made. These bankers are too lazy to handle their in person customers during their business hours. I wouldn't recommend anyone open an account with this bank if you expect any type of customer service.

No joke....This branch lost a wire I sent...at this point being told I am out the money. Stay away. I know you think you are protected, but the receiving bank they never received the funds. Wells Fargo said my loss. Yes I opened an inquiry, but so far my loss.

Leann is THE best. I came in after a miscommunication with an online agent that led to unnecessary charges on my account. Leann made sure to listen, fix what she could, and follow up later the same day and the next day. She went above and beyond providing service.

Leann Kuhns went above and beyond. With her knowledge that she offers shows a sign of gratitude for her customers wanting them to have success with Wells Fargo. It was just a pleasant reminder that there are people that care and are genuine. I enjoyed my visit at this location. This location had an available appointment that fit my needs. Ms. Leann was not in a rush either. I can’t say enough about my experience all I can say is it’s worth bypassing countless branches to get filled with financial knowledge I recommend this branch very welcoming. May God continue to bless everyone reading this.

I always come here to do my banking, this branch is clean and the staff are friendly. Most of the time you’ll be in and out in about 20 to 25 minutes depending on the time of day. I usually show up at opening time so I rarely have to wait in super long lines, that being said, I don’t personally know how long the lines can get and who staffs the place after the morning shift.The drive through window is a quick and easy way to deposit money, but I find that it’s a good rule of thumb to check the receipts and your account immediately after getting it. Just in case someone didn’t type in all the zeros or added an extra zero.Overall I’d give it a 9/10 only because I might be a bit biased since I don’t know what the place looks like during the really busy hours.
