This was the 1st bank & location I've banked with as a teenager over 12 yrs ago they were Wachovia at the time. Went inside yesterday feeling defeated by my ongoing hardship but was finally seeing a breakthrough when Western Union finally refunded money owed to me, I was sent four checks with Wells Fargo as the bank listed. After several failed attempts to getting the checks verified and cashed I thought why not go back to the bank it all started for me & Wells Fargo is listed on the checks so they should be able to help. I LEFT THIS LOCATION FEELING EVEN MORE DEFEATED THEN WHEN I CAME ... NO ONE WANTED TO HELP INSTEAD THEY WERE MORE CONCERNED ABOUT ME NOT HAVING A APPOINTMENT SCHEDULED TO SPEAK TO A BANKER. The one person I was directed to speak with said she had a appointment at 9 a.m. (I was there at 9:05 a.m.) the scheduled appointment was running late and she would help if they never showed but you could already tell the banker was looking for a way to get out of servicing me, the banker didn't really want to help ... so she then suggested I go to another location on Satellite Blvd because she was asked to do something else she would rather work on instead of helping me knowing it would take about an hour or more to assist me she stated.
A couple walked in as we were speaking and the banker was delighted to help them they were also coming in with no appointment to open a savings account the banker gave compliments to the couple asked them to have a seat & stated she would be happy to assist them ... I just could not understand why wasn't I met with the same energy.
All I wanted to do was open a new account deposit the checks and once the funds were made available request for a cashiers check ... instead of trying to understand me I was rushed back out the door and told to try another location.
After crying from frustration I did go to the Satellite Blvd location were I was helped and treated with respect the location and bankers were AWESOME and the best thing the banker at the 700 Hampton Green Duluth, GA location did was point me in the direction of a location who was willing to help, listen, and understand my situation to provide me with a solution. I say all that to say don't waste your time at this location go to 3400 Satellite Blvd Duluth, GA instead .. they're courteous & genuinely are willing to help they're customers. Bankers at Wells Fargo, Steve Reynolds Blvd, 700 Hampton Green do better if I could have given 0 stars I would have because that's how terrible the customer service was shown at this location.

On Monday 6/10 I went into this Duluth branch without an appointment to open a business checking account. Rajni Gulati (small business banker) went above and beyond with great customer service. She was very knowledgeable and attentive to my banking needs. She booked my appointment for 2pm later on that day. She even cut her lunch break short so she wouldn’t miss my appointment. She spoke to me with very encouraging words. I walked out of her office feeling very happy. She didn’t treat me like a number. She took her time and made sure my business affairs were set up correctly. She is an asset to her branch and I highly recommend anyone opening a business account to contact her. ??

The process took too long the lady was very annoying and kept talking to Me like some child I will never go back to this place again I hate it.

The ATM here literally counts wrong amount. It counted $60 less. I had go inside to make the deposit and notify the clerk. It seemed like she was already aware of it….

i visited this branch today and everyone was just staring at me crazy the lady asks me for 3 forms of identification as if my ID card wasn’t enough then as i’m walking out i get sprayed with the water sprinklers that were not on when i walked in

The ATM AT THIS BRANCH NEVER WORKS. Other either but this one is the worst. Is supposed to be a big branch and its just getting worst.
