“This was my third visit. The first time was for a trunk window replacement, and they recommended a good company. The second time was for a taillight replacement, which they did for free. Today, my car suddenly wouldn't start, so they came to the CVS parking lot, checked it, jump-started it, and watched me drive to the shop. They tightened the connection, which was loose, and fixed it for free. I had an ongoing problem for months that I had been trying to fix elsewhere, but they diagnosed and fixed it all at once.
