I've stayed here now for 2 weeks, 2 different rooms and consistently the water pressure is non existent. My second room, the shower head did not work at all. Also depending on what room you get, high probability your tv will be broken.

Walkability: Many things are near by eatery, gas station groceries stores, very walkable

No breakfast buffet - they have an on-site Hispanic themed restaurant.

The smell of cigarette smoke and black mold in my room and the hallway carpets was suffocating. I don’t know if we got a bad room or if the whole hotel is like this, but what I experienced is a health hazard!!! I stayed for only one night, but had to wash the smoke and mold smell out of all my bags and clothes because it was THAT strong. Very disappointed because I was celebrating my anniversary. :(
Rooms: Small tiny room with stains on the tiles and dirty carpets. The only thing that seemed clean were our sheets and the towels. The carpet in the hallways is so dirty. I didn’t feel comfortable walking barefoot in my room.
Safety: Generally safe area, but not safe for your health breathing in cigarette smoke smells and black mold

First arrival the hallways and my room it had a AWFUL weird old stench smell. Had to spray room spray i carried but the smell never went away. Bathroom looked like a bathroom at an owner owned gas station. Along with the floor dirty with yellow stains, everything looked painted over like a landlord special at an apartment, and present of old liquid stains on the door. The only clean thing were the sheets of the bed, TV, night stand. I didn't feel clean myself staying here. This place is only good option if you need a place to sleep thats it and everything is around this place.
AND ON TOP OF THAT I was also double charged $139 each for two extra rooms when I only received confirmation booking for one room for $111 after directly calling the hotel's reception desk last night. Waiting to hear the manager's / supervisor's approval of the refund after calling the website linked to this hotel to resolve this. The operator says they will get back to me as soon as the manager approves the refund. I would like this to be resolved as soon as possible because it is very unfair on my end to be triple charged when confirmation was only made for one room.

Hotel is fine. Nothing that great or spectacular. Hotel itself is pretty dated, you can tell they are trying to update things but if you look a bit closer you can tell it’s not great. Room itself was clean and the bed was so comfortable. Again, bathroom was dated and the hair dryer was broken. Best thing about this hotel was its location. Overall very average.

Rooms: The kind room had plenty of space but 2 regular towels for a king room? As a female, I need two just for a regular shower. One to dry off, one for my hair.
They've tried to remodel but the paint job looks like a sloppy mess. It was neat but not super clean.
Noteworthy details: Both nights we were unable to sleep because of loud party music. Initially I thought it was a nearby room but after investigating our floor and the floors above and below I couldn't find where the music was coming from. Upon going outside, it sounded like someone was playing it loudly in their vehicle. This happened into all hours of the night.
The first night we called down to the desk. They said they'd check it out. Heard nothing back. I walked down later and she said when someone came in for the next shift she'd have them check it out.
Second night, repeat scenario. I walked down to the desk and said I didn't pay for two nights to be unable to sleep. Got an apology and was told they couldn't really do anything about it because the parking lot was "Public property" but they'd try to go ask them to turn it down.
Time passes and I call the local police. They say they'll come check it out.
Hours pass and music is still happening. We finally pull out Google maps and wonder if the nearby business "bar" is running a night club? There is ZERO reason that as a paying customer I should have to hear music from another business inside my hotel room.
The absolute lack of empathy or sincere customer service is astounding. They had no intention of making the situation right, moving us to a different side of the hotel away from this other business, or financially ompensating us when we received less than what we paid for.
They didn't acknowledge that they knew it was going to be an issue into the night. If it is indeed the club/bar and not guests in a vehicle, they know it's not going to change.
I WOULD NOT STAY here! If you want to sleep, it's not worth it.
If you look at the reviews, the management responds but make no mistake, they do not take ownership of the business or their responsibility in taking care of customers and what THEY can do to make things right besides word service.

Everything was amazing nice floor, nice bed, nice fridge, nice view. Yeah 4 stars because yall wifi sucks. There were some dirty spots near the walls and gaps in the wall but I don't really care. No bed bugs w. No good wifi no 5 stars.

This doesn't even rank as a star ,I will make sure it's taken off clc lodging the guy who works front desk treats everyone like trash at should be fired ,the hotel is disgusting looks like a trap house even after they clean, carpet in hallway is never cleaned. Don't stay there it's not a good place

For the amount they charged for the rooms, the least they can do is clean up the dirty carpet in the hallways, check there water pressure on the shower heads, and that weird smell in the elevator as well,
