I experienced the worst customer service at this Walmart in the electronics department. There was this young man that was not even a Walmart employee that was very rude, unprofessional trying to get me to sign up for a contract phone. I literally just went for a straight talk phone, which should have taken about 15 minutes to purchase. After I refused to sign up for the contract phone plan, he told me to see Sam the young lady, that was not trained properly, spoke to Marshall the store manager about the poor customer service, then I realized they were just following the leader. So sad that this is what customer service has come to in America. POOOOOOOOOOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Everyone that I encountered except Sophie should be fired, they are in the wrong business, they need a new line of work, some job not working with customers.

Walmart has a lot to choose from, a variety of household products, toys, clothing, accessories, food and storage items, plants, hair care, it's an all around great store that fits all my needs.

They have the best barbers inside the store and THE cleanest bathroom I've ever been in that's open to the public. Really. That's honestly why I'm even writing my review now. I've had to go here on more than one occasion and it's never disgusting.

I ordered some stuff from grocery and I can understand sometimes people make mistakes but it happens almost every time. This time half the order was right and half the order was stuff I did not buy. Ordering online is supposed to be a convenience but when you have to go back to the store to have them get it right then it is very inconvenient. You would be better off just going to the store and avoiding their online ordering because they are not competent enough to do it right!

Since I was in the area, I came to this location for some quick supply restock. As with most locations, one of the entrances lead directly into the produce section and more food aisles behind. I circled back here as I needed to check out the house hold sections which had everything I needed. Shelves were well stocked and organized. The produce also looked to be pretty fresh and staff were friendly enough. Overall, I had a decent experience and wouldn't mind coming here again. However, the day I came they were severely understaffed and directing everyone paying with card to the self-service checkout kiosks instead of the single register that was open.

Every employee who walked by "did not work in electronics." Someone finally made an all-call announcement for some help in electronics but no one ever showed up. I walked up to the front and asked one of the employees at the checkout if she could tell a manager there's several customers waiting over 20mins for assistance. I went back to electronics. After 10 more minutes, and no one appearing, I went back to the front of store and asked the girl if she told her manager. "Oh, they closed." I asked to speak with the manager. She informed me that the guys who work in electronics had left and put keys in lockbox but nobody there had access to the keys. I asked her why she couldn't make an announcement or at least put a sign up in electronics. I shared that there were still people waiting for assistance. "I guess I'll walk back there." To be in a nice part of town, they only have Bon Qui Qui's working there. Everyone walks around on their cell phones and acts like u are bothering them if u ask a question. Another visit, my cashier was chomping on a bag of chips at the register. The male employees walk around sagging with their asses out of their pants. The employees are just standing around using language that I wouldn't want any mother to hear. This is not an isolated experience. Choose another location. 1

The manager literally walked off while we had a bio hazard on our shoes with no regard. Please as a safety hazard don't shop here

Hear me out. I've lived in my share of poverty stricken environments and by no means is Dunwoody, GA the hood. But this is definitely the most ghetto walmart I've ever been to. I avoid this place at all cost. The workers are just there to make some hookah lounge money for the weekends. Go just to target down the street.

Too bad 1 is the lowest I can go. Customer Service manager was rude and discourteous as hell. I waited in line 34 minute to do a simple exchange. There was inly one girl working for 33 of those minutes and the line was getting longer. Finally as it was almost my turn the CSM comes up and calls me forward. I greet her cheerfully, and she ignores me and just scowls a little and asks, "Do you have a receipt!" As though she had been the one working the line solo the while time. I hand her the receipt and the item I want to exchange. I then place 5 small items on the counter that I wanted to purchase. She told me I could only return the item and would have to purchase the new items separately- No problem. She returns the first it. Hands me the receipt and calls for the next customer. I reminded her of the 5 items I wanted to purchase and she told me I would have to go get get in the check out line because she was busy and couldn't do the sale. Clearly it would have been no use asking for a manager so I just left the items there and went to Target where at least they act like your patronage matters. Cause I was definitely not going to get back in another line. This Walmart acts like they're doing you a favor by allowing you to shop there with your hard-earned money.

The most unprofessional & appalling customer service department I've ever interacted with. I had to instruct the employee doing my return to lower her voice when speaking with me as she was getting amped up due to her inability to understand my simple question "if I paid for an item that was substituted & I can't consume, why do I have to call the 800 customer service #"...her response, I don't know why. Not to mention her counterpart was yelling across to the Self Check out to get someone's attention - 4x at that. The other employees lingering in the dilapidated & hoarder-looking area were loud & cursing up a storm. I am taken aback by the horrible customer service & behavior of the employees, especially in this area. This is the 1st time trying the Online Ordering/Pick Up service - one & done. Jon in that department gets the sole star as the young man was polite & helpful. This is my 2nd time shopping here & I'll never return to this store. I'll stick with Target & pay a little more for the positive experience.

Waited an hour for money services to open then got told I wasn't allowed to pull money off of my card because my name wasn't on it. It's a card I got for donating plasma and they do not give out cards with a name on it. I even pulled up the app to verify that both the card number AND my name were in charge of the card but no use. All the other Walmarts do it so thank you for that. Don't waste your time here like I did.

This is the second time I've come to customer service at this location. They are supposed to open at 8:00 a.m. It is now 8:21 a.m. and no one is here. When I asked when was it opening and is there a manager, an associate told me "I don't know." Another associate told me to wait and they will be here, maybe they are running late. This is horrible customer service. I wish I could give zero stars!!!!! After waiting 35 minutes and having a manager paged no one showed up.

Went in for an Apple iPhone charger and after an HOUR, I left with no charger and just my time wasted. Not only was no one working the counter in electronics, but when I finally got someone from customer service, they directed me to another employee. That employee wouldn't sell the charger to me even if I could see it in the case. She just kept saying they "didn't have it" but I could see she was just lazy to unlock the case and give it to me. I let pointing at the product in the locked case but she refused to get up and sell it to me. She wouldn't offer an explanation, just kept denying me that they had the product, that I'm looking directly at, in stock. Not a display box either, I could see the product.
