When I initially dropped my car off, they asked if it would be ok if they transferred it to another location to do the work. I agreed and that was a big mistake. The car sat there for a week and absolutely nothing happened while their internal process tried to figure out what to do with it. Once I complained, they agreed to go ahead and repair it there and things got much better. Frank pushed it through the process and was great to work with. This is a great option for car repairs so long as you don’t check the box allowing them to transfer it. That’s just a giant waste of time.

Edgar and Vish were incredibly fast and precise when reattaching my front bumper. Edgar went above and beyond by offering the service complimentary, even though he could have easily charged me for the work Vish did. I truly appreciate their honesty, efficiency, and friendly customer service!

Edgar and Miguel were absolutely wonderful with helping me with some car trouble. I had been to multiple other places with no luck and the second I walked in they were more than eager to help me. Their service was impeccable and they were able to get me back on the road shockingly fast. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone needing help with their vehicles!

Caliber was recommended by my insurance company and they were great! They made it as easy as possible by coordinating with the rental company for car pick up and return. Edgar is great, he kept me updated on the repair status and even buffed out a few extra scratches for us!!! We would definitely use them again.

Excellent, professional, helpful service. They sent update texts daily and my car was ready 3 days ahead of estimated. Car was washed and cleaned/vacuumed upon pick up. Recommend them with no reservations.
