Worker didn't do what I asked or offer any deals if he knew the deal I asked for was unavailable. He was on the phone taking a personal call the entire time and didn't discuss any processes to me properly . Chamblee Dunwoody store

I came into the store today to get help filing an insurance claim and he sent me to the fix it store that needed an insurance claim to fix the phone . Then I wanted a number put on a flip phone I had with me for temporary use and he didn't do that either. I went to the Lavista store and got both done by very helpful people!!

I JUST switched carriers to AT&T. I needed to turn in my old phones. I was not greeted by either of the two staff members. I stood around waiting to be acknowledged. I waited my turn. The staff member who assisted me seemed annoyed that my transaction was complicated. He hardly interacted with me. Has not friendly or helpful. I hope to never need to go into this store again.

Joseph( if that’s his real name) was condescending, and irritated by my questions. He did not give me an opportunity to explain what I had come in for. He just grabbed my phone and treated as if I was a stupid middle aged woman who had no idea what I was saying. I wish I could give the place zero stars!!!

Visited the store today to submit a claim for a damaged phone. We needed a speedy turnaround, associate Christian was spectacular. Our new phone will be delivered tomorrow. Thanks Christian

I went in to get some help due to me being locked out of my online account. I was very frustrated and once I walked in I was greeted immediately by a young man with long locs wearing a blue face mask. I told him my issue and he immediately knew how to fix it. Once that was completed he offered to look into my account to see if I had any offers/discounts or upgrades etc. My overall experience was very pleasant, helpful and professional. He was able to help me while helping others, it’s hard to multitask with lots of problems and get everyone situated and happy. I believe his name was Maverick, great job!

Excellent store to visit. I had no wait time and the store manager was very helpful ! She even helped me reduce my bill and I received more product ! TALK ABOUT SAVINGSSSSS !!! Jasmyne was a star ! Thank you so much

I didn’t know this store was so close to my home but A+. On top of that the store manager took care of my issue with no problems. She was phenomenal. Not only did she help me with my phone issues which I originally came in for but I received a new phone and everything that came with it !

Jasmyne is the best at her job. Very personal and professional I was in and out in NO TIME. She’s very good at her job. I will definitely be back to see her soon when my son’s phone is ready for an upgrade !
