If there was a 0 star option, i would've given it to this store without hesitation. Just few hours ago, we visited this store for the second time today and it was a more unpleasant experience than the first this afternoon. We came to this store to return a cell phone (bought 14 days ago), which was at the end of its return period so we wanted to make sure that we didn't miss the deadline to get a replacement as it wasn't working as a brand new phone should. When we entered the store, there was one gentleman with long hair and a mask waiting inside. He was extremely rude, not only that, he was showing the minimal efforts to help us. We told him that we wanted to return the phone and he said he cannot take it because we have to take the phone back to the store where it was originally purchased. That's never the case at AT&T, which we didn't know at the time, but he aggressively pushed us back and said that was the standard and there was no other way. With no choice (and time ticking for the return) we drove 30 miles in rush hour and exchanged the phone, however, we couldn't return the $60 case because we forgot a piece at home. Store manager in the second AT&T store said we could return the case to any AT&T store so we returned to 4516 Chamblee Dunwoody Store later because it was the closest. This time when we entered the store, same person was smoking inside the store, yes smoking, while listening to extremely loud music. For a second, I thought we entered a club but no, it was an AT&T store. Nothing remotely standard or professional whatsoever in the environment or the way the employee regarded us. This time he barely made eye contact with us and literally shouted saying, "he was new and he didn't know how to make a return or exchange so we had to go somewhere else!". My wife said, "so there is no one else here or that you can call to help complete this transaction?. We just need to return a phone case and have the receipt." He again stated no, he didn't know how to do these things. Not only had he lied to us couple hours ago and made us drive 30 miles in rush hour, this time, he literally said "I am about to close the store" and told us to go another AT&T. If he would've told us the truth earlier (which is still not acceptable anyway because they need to have trained employees in the store if they are working alone), we could've gone to another nearby store to make the first exchange and saved a lot of time and frustration. We finally went to Perimeter AT&T store and they were extremely helpful. They also told us that it was basically bull*** and any store can complete a return for a cell phone.I also called AT&T who confirmed this as well, and are already investigating the situation. This was beyond unacceptable; my wife and I were very uncomfortable in this store with the nowhere near professional environment you may expect from a huge corporation like this, not to mention the way we were treated. We are long time AT&T customers personally and at a corporate level and I will make sure that this will be heard.

The absolute WORST!!I am a NEW At&t customer. After being a Verizon customer for the past 20 years, I decided to make the switch to AT&T this year. Not only did I switch my cellular service, but also cable and internet. So 3 services, right? This store took my old devices as a "trade in" and I was to receive an $800 credit for my phone and also credit for my apple watch. They never shipped my devices, therefore I never received my credits. When I called customer service repeatedly and also visited the store, I kept getting passed around. The store manager wrote down an address on a sticky note for ME to track down the employee that handled my trade in and that is UNACCEPTABLE! Every time I go into this store, there is only ONE associate there. No Manager. They are less than willing to help.I have been mishandled, treated poorly and stolen from. After at least 6 MONTHS of trying to resolve my issue, no results. This is unacceptable and I will be terminating my services immediately.

The Manager was extremely helpful when I upgraded my iPhone. He went above and beyond to provide one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever experienced.

This is not an AT&T Corp store, it is a 3rd party reseller. I entered the store and the customer service rep did not stand to greet me and his colleague was staring out an open side door. I asked about a trade in and as he continued his personal call, he gave me the address of the corporate store at the next exit. Terrible representation of AT&T's brand.

One Associate, on a call with his manager who has now made me wait for over 15 minutes so I left the store to go to another one. Come on! You are not the only game in town this is Atlanta.

Terrible wait time. There was only one person working and I waited 45mins because the customer in front of me had two phones to get set up. Then the second employee strolls in after the store has been open over an hour. My suggestion is visit a different store because even if I had an appointment I still would have had to wait.

The best takeaway from this store is Josh’s customer service: clear, transparent and complete. Josh made us feel that he had all the time of the world to take care of us as his customers. This is something that will keep us returning to this store for as long as there’s someone like Josh helping us to get the best deals!

Josh, the manager, was excellent. He was kind and helpful over the phone. Was quick to fix the problem while in store. Offered to stay late if I couldn’t make it on time too. He was a pleasure to work with. I would recommend this location and Josh all day every day.

I had such a great experience at this store. I came with my spouse to explore a family plan and left with so much more. Chanel was the clerk helping us and she was awesome!! She made sure we got a huge bank for our buck and was patient every step of the way. If you come to the store, be sure to ask for her!

Horrible experience and customer service. They don't know what they are doing and completely messed up my att account. I went to the store to get a new iPhone and transfer my old prepaid number to postpaid. I asked the associate if it was possible to keep my old number, and he confirmed it was. During the transfer, he had an issue, could not perform the transfer, and opened a new line for me. Then he told me to go home and call ATT customer service, and they will migrate the numbers. I called ATT, and it was impossible to transfer the numbers over the phone; they told me the store should not open a new line and advised me to go back to the store and either get them to migrate or return the new phone to the store. I went back, and they confirmed they cannot migrate the numbers and charged me a $55 restocking fee for returning the phone. I spent 5 hrs going back and forth and talking to the customer service and lost $55. It looks like the only corporate store can do the migration and this guy at the store should know this. Now i have to go to the corporate store and deal with the cancelation of this new line and start from scratch. Horrible experience and do not recommend this store.

I wish I could give it a -1 but looking at the past reviews, it seems this has been a trend here and no one seems to care. This is even more appalling to see that At&T does not care about its stores even after such horrible reviews. My experience has been nothing different from that of others but I will try to summarize my worst experience in small points: 1) I would love to work here because I went to the store three times and there were three girls sitting in the store apart from the one who attended me and they never even cared to look up. They were engrossed in their phone the entire time. I would love to work at this place where you get paid for free to do nothing. 2) I went there to upgrade the phone and it was so confusing coz every time. we met a new person and every time they would tell us a new rule or a new plan. By the end of three days, I was so frustrated that I did not want to upgrade at all 3) First they said, you can upgrade your old iPhone for 13 pro with $350 off but the color I wanted was not available. Then the next day the girl says not you cannot exchange and upgrade your phone but you can buy it without exchange for $20 and then the third day, a new girl says you cannot do anything since you are on an old plan. 4) At this point she revealed that At&T was charging us more since we were on an old plan which just left us agape. The explanation she has was we are being charged because we never asked for an upgrade which would lower our payment. 5) They have no clue about pro-rate and also lectured us wrong info about the plans. All this confusion let us completely ditch the idea. I was able to do everything at home online on the At&T account within 10 minutes which they were not able to do in 3 days. The summary of this review is what one of the girls said it herself - "They should close the doors of the store and spend some time on training the staff" I hope AT&T is listening

My clumsy self accidentally shattered the back of my phone, including the camera and the glass backing, so I took it to this AT&T to see if I could either fix it, replace it, etc. Enter Josh, he helped me right away. He walked me through my options. He was super knowledgeable, personable, and articulate. I ended up getting a new phone and also a slight reduction on my monthly bill. This is why I am giving this store 5 stars! Awesome customer service! Thank you!!!

Valyncia was amazing. The Apple store was very unhelpful. But Valyncia went above and beyond to make sure my son’s phone was working. We are so thankful for her.!!!
