The white girl with the dark brown curly hair, wearing two masks, in the drive thru took my ID/BOA card and my check, to cash it(which I asked). After coming back 3-5 minutes from the screen, she tells me that she can’t cash the check because the last name was different. Duh, you didn’t see that when I handed it to you, along with my information. I explained to her that I married and that’s why the last name was different. She told me that they needed a manger to approve. Approve,what??? That my last name was different?? I told her that I had an account with them since 1997, before they were BOA. She thanked me, but did nothing to help. I asked her to look at the account and she could see that the same type of checks had been cashed/ processed. Of course she didn’t. I even told her that I could present my marriage license as well. All she kept telling me is that there was not a manager there . Question: why is there not a manger at this bank? A bank or any business should not operate without a manager or assistant manager, on site. I continued to ask her to look at the history on the account, but all she kept doing is stating that there was not a manager there for the approval. Side note: I have been to other BOA locations with the same type of check and unmarried last name, and they cashed or deposited my check. A manger was not needed. This is not the first encounter that I have had at this bank. They are extra. Are banks franchised??? Why is there not consistency at all BOA, banks. I left this place and drove less than 5 miles away and they were able to help me. No manager was needed for my transaction and the document that I presented was suffice. No problems at my credit union either. I go through the drive thru, there. Maybe, I just need to bank solely, with them.

One of the bizzare experiences ever. I went to driver through atm and end up at teller on drive through. I told I need to withdraw cash. Teller asked debit card and my id. Took 5-10 mins to look around and asked for signature. After another 5 min she gave envelope with cash and my id. After I receive envelope i opened to count and noticed 200 less and teller was looking at me all the time. I opened my car window glass to ask her and she is ready to give my cash. The cash was folded and different from what I received first. She was like sorry. I forgot some of your here. I was absolutely shocked and thought what would happen if I simply went away with that envelope without counting there itself. I definitely felt somewhat shady.

So I get to the drive-through at 5:20 and they close at six. They let me sit there for 10 minutes before they tell me the first drive-through doesn’t work .... ok so I go to the next drive-through still been sitting here 20 minutes and no one has helped the person in front of me or behind me and it’s 5:37

This has to be one of the worst locations that I have ever encountered and one of the top 5 reasons I will be leaving BOA after 11 years. Aside from the customer service and all of the additional fees you receive from BOA, the building's are absolutely horrible. The wait time and lack of professionalism is something I will not tolerate dealing with an institution holding my funds and collecting interest on. In other locations, you will see one teller, with 15 people in line and 7 to 8 people in offices with no one in there and no one will help. Absolutely ridiculous. To all who choose to stay with them and think they are good, all I will say is just give them a few months to show you who they really are after finessing you in.

Don't expect much. They have no ATM drive thru. Depositing cash or seeing a banker takes forever. Some of the employees loudly respond to your request, no privacy. If you withdrawing a huge sum, everyone got know.

Very rude customer service. Came in here to put in my check, but they immediately told us to call instead and pretty much told us off. There was no other customer.
