Ever heard that expression: “Too good to be true” ? Well that is the case here at SW Financial. I know this review is sounding a little over the top. Like maybe you’re wondering if I work there or if someone paid me to write it. I promise, it was one day when the bookkeeping for my husband’s small business was overwhelming me. Again. I Googled “bookkeeping” and since they happened to be in the same office complex we rent in, SW Financial was literally the closest. It was very old school. I called. Left a voicemail. Got a call back from someone with a thick accent. Made an appointment. And here we are a year later. He amended 3 years worth of incorrectly filed taxes and recovered thousands of dollars in tax overpayments. Keeps our books in perfect order and updates me monthly. Handles all the payroll. Even did all the paperwork to open a new business. I can not say anything negative. This place is truly a diamond in the rough.”

“I have known Rosalind whom is the owner of this Recovery Tax establishment for over 7 years. I came to her to do my 2017 IRS Federal Taxes. I used tax form to initially do my own taxes. While doing the taxes the form in which I used truncated all of my entries to the next row. This caused me to enter over $198k in taxes. Despite Rosalind doing my taxes line by line to fix the issue. She indeed resolved it. The IRS began to review my taxes and because of Covid-19 it was placed the back burner. So lastly, I hired a tax attorney to look into this and the IRS decided to do a complete audit back to 2010. Nevertheless Rosalind did a great job! She also told me not to worry IT WILL BE RESOLVED! I just received a notification from the IRS last week that the taxes has been released of $198k plus fines and fees! Thank GOD!!! That I met Rosalind and her great integrity, professional expertise and knowledge of taxes!”
