One thing I do not do is argue with people. So when the cashier tried to debate with me about the price of beverages and double charge me. I made sure I understood what was happening. Took a picture and informed my bank. It clearly stated in the picture 20 oz Seagrams is $2.59 and second is $1. Of course when she rang it up she didn't say what my total was. Anywho, she wanted to have a back and forth about the price she overcharged me for when the sign clearrrrrly indicates what I forementioned. Stating that it's only for the Fanta. No problem, I just left it there and weNt on about my day. There are more pressing issues in the world and I'll let my bank handle that.

Today March 28 2024 8:45am the cashier lady knocks on the Restroom door to Remove me from using the Restroom for a White guy. The lady banged on the Restroom door like I dont have the right to be there. She's not white she's foreign Indian decent and she is a racist towards black men. She's very aggressive with her racism and for me being black she may think the white guy deserves to use the Restroom before me. When indeed I went first. Just Horrible. Definitely filed a complaint. Won't stop until Justice is served #Racist #pickuptruck #GaTag #knack12

I visit this gas station every single morning! If it's not to get gas 2 times a week, then it's for my daily coffee/energy drink and breakfast bar. I love coming here! I walk in through the door and both the cashiers welcome you with a big hello and smile! They are always working so hard to keep the store clean, organized, and stocked with all the best goods! If you're in Dunwoody and need a quick stop before 285, then this is the place to go!

By far this is my favorite Gas station. I have been coming here for the last 7 years consistently. The staff here are like my extended family. I know all shifts and they know me. I receive excellent service with personalized attention. From gas to coffee and everything in between, stopping here is usually a start to a wonderful day.

Pumps leak... Got gas all over my shoes. Went inside to get some wet paper towels to wipe them off and the bathroom was unfit for human use.

Alex is a horrible employee and should be FIRED!!! Everytime I come to the BP and he is working he’s always rude and provides and displays horrible customer service. This includes locking the store whenever he wants when this is a 24 hour location, choosing to deny customers from purchasing lottery tickets and being rude by his verbage and demeanor. He should choose a different job than working at BP which a franchised company. This employee is a horrible representation of BP. I will be reaching out to corporate and the internal manager at this location! This is very unacceptable and discouraging to other customers from choosing to do business at this location!!!
