Been renting a unit here for a year. The facility is well kept, and the staff is very helpful. Leah in particular has gone above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. I recommend this location.

HORRIBLE experience. I am LIVING out of town. I have tried to contact the NEW storage manager to NO AVAIL. It is always some idiot on the customer service line. Now I cannot pay bill online and my things are up for sale. I HAVE THE MONEY. I have tried to reach a manager several times. My things better not be sold. I will sue. DO NOT EVER RENT HERE. YOU CAN NEVER SPEAK TO ANYONE IN MANAGEMENT.

Daphne and Andriene were extremely helpful and friendly. I was upgraded within minutes and Daphne found a better cart for me to use.

Storage room is clean. Customer service is amazing but the pricing is way too high so I decided to move to another storage room just as clean, but a cheaper price and the same size.
