Spacious, clean, and well-maintained store. Friendly staff. Was able to collect my refill from the pharmacy at a quick time. The only issue I faced was that they didn't put a label on one of the refills I collected. Otherwise, all went well. There is good parking space in front of the store. Restroom facility is available.

I just had the worst customer service I ever had at this pharmacy. They don't care to serve their customers. There are plenty of other pharmacies around Dunwoody and I will go to one of those.

This pharmacy has challenges receiving prescriptions after I have confirmed with the Care Provider. This has not been a one-time event and happens all the time. Causing an effort to have them call it in again. Even one care provider said that when they called it in again, they were pretty rude, for whatever that is worth. CVS Pharmacy can do better by just capturing prescriptions being called in and simply filling them, which they can do. Others in the Dunwoody area also seem to have issue or switched to Walgreens or the Grocery Stores.

CVS needs to post the correct hours on the website so customers don't waste time. The website says they're opened until 8 pm but they actually close at 7:00.

The pharmacist is outstanding. She often speaks to you and provides expert knowledge and care to us. Always working with us on costs and understanding the programs. We love this drive through CVS. In addition all the other staff at this CVS are exactly what we want. They CARE VALUE and provide excellent SERVICE. This is what we call CVS.

Pharmacy staff are sooo rude & unhelpful all of the time. I have been hung up on & received loud sighs from the staff. I wish I could go to another pharmacy chain because this location has made me not like CVS. I only go here because it is who my insurance is partnered with but at this point I will rather pay more for prescriptions than to deal with the unnecessary attitudes. I am always pleasant & courteous with them so I don't understand the reason for this treatment.

Andre, the store manager was such a Gem in assisting me with my photo printing. Since I wasn't in a rush I didn't mind waiting while he trained a new employee & assisted other customers. I don't recall the photo's self service process being so easy. I like the fact that once you disconnect your device (no Bluetooth for me) your pictures automatically disappear & aren't saved in CVS cyberspace. The pictures of my GrandBlessings came out pretty clear. For 2 4x6 prints - $1.16, which you can't beat that for the quality & quick output. Quick as there were no ahead of me. To save time & if you don't mind your photos being in the universe, you can print from home & pick up when they're ready.Nonetheless, I look forward to building my memory books at this location.One of the cleaner & organized CVS stores.

I understand that all retail pharmacies are under a lot of stress, made worse by the COVID aftermath. I work in healthcare and know this stress firsthand. So I expect issues when filling scripts at this pharmacy location, as I have some problem with nearly every single thing they fill for me, but I try to be patient and appreciative, and just advocate for myself.My most recent encounter with the staff here, however, was shockingly unacceptable. To make a long story short, I spent over 3 cumulative hours over several days waiting on hold to fill a script I've taken daily for YEARS (nothing complicated about it, no prior auth needed, etc.). Each time I called and spoke to pharmacy tech Jasmine, she was RUDE, short with me, unhelpful, and would make promises to follow up that never came to fruition. This cumulated in me waiting on hold again last night for 1.5 hours+ hours after I called AGAIN (when I didn't receive the call back I was promised); she eventually answered the call, then told me to "hold on" and put me on hold. Well she never took me off hold, and left me on the phone until the pharmacy closed and they all left. No return call this morning.Today, now over 5 days later, I finally took off work and drove to the pharmacy in person to get my medication, as I am 37 weeks pregnant and cannot miss a dose. Jasmine was there and knew exactly who I was (so why didn't she just help me so I would leave her alone?), and low and behold there was no issue with the med and it was filled in 5 minutes while I stood there. All the while she yelled at me and told me all the ways this wasn't her fault. I tried to speak to the pharmacist, Joo Young Kim, to see what the issue was so it doesn't happen again or with my other scripts, but he was also very rude and basically ignored me - he wouldn't even look me in the eye.I write this review to warn others who may not be able to advocate for themselves - avoid this place at all costs. I worry about their elderly and medically complex patients trying to navigate the complete ineptitude (on top of bad attitudes) of the staff here. I would never step foot in a CVS Pharmacy again if it weren't for my prescription benefit plan, but this one may be the worst of the worst.
