I would give zero stars if it were an option. I have several reasons why this store awful. 1) It’s dirty! 2) The selection is very lacking. 3)The worst part though is the guy who works here. I’ve been violated for the last time. I won’t be coming back. It’s prime Covid/flu season, please give me a few feet. If I can feel your breath on me, you’re too close. If you’re so afraid of letting guests check out their own items, open a register. I really don’t want to be stuck in that confined space with you over my shoulder. With all the fraud going on right now I would like to pay, and be able to put in my pin without you
looking at my screen. It’s a privacy violation! Obviously, if I’m using the cvs app with my coupons I’m a cvs customer. I don’t know if this is to reduce theft, or if you’re a scammer trying to get my card information, or lastly, just good old fashion harassment! It’s definitely inappropriate. If you’re trying to reduce theft, open the register. I deserve to have some personal space. I deserve to walk out of a business I support not feeling safe. This is actually the second time this has happened by the same guy, and I won’t be coming back.

CVS pharmacy at this location is the absolute worst. They do not care about the people that need their prescription ASAP.. There was a line of people at the drive-through waiting to be helped and they waited till we got to the front just to make an announcement that it’s closed without trying to help the people three or four people that was waiting in line and took their time to help the two that they serviced in a 30+ minute timeframe. They were very rude when we tried to get their attention, especially the white man with gray and black hair and asian kid. He ignored and was very rude.. My brother just got out of surgery and was in extreme pain and they took their time..way too much time to service the two that they worked on while my brother sat in the car suffering to wait on his pain meds just to get to the window and be turned away. This is unacceptable.. and it wasn’t even closing yet. We still had a few minutes. Don’t ever come here if you need your prescription filled immediately.. they do not care at this location. Also we went to several locations close by and they turned us away as well, said they couldn’t fill it until tomorrow so I would suggest Walgreens because they are a better pharmacy.

Techs were talking badly about my nurse while I was standing there. The nurse said they repeatedly tried to leave a voicemail and the techs were saying that doctor offices always say they tried to call and leave a voicemail even when they didn’t because they don’t want to wait. Terrible, terrible customer service.

Countless times folks are left waiting outside for staff to show up and open. Don't be punctual if you're planning to go in as they 'open'.

AWFUL - You can no longer call and speak to a representative or the Pharmacist. NEW AUTOMATED SYSTEM ONLY. Firing immediately after years of using CVS. So frustrating.

Should just close the drive through window. No service, takes 10 minutes to even be acknowledged by someone. Exploring switching to Publix across the street.

This local CVS is always a delight to shop. The sales items are always available and in stock. That really makes my trip to this location more enjoyable.

This pharmacy is less than a mile from home so is our go to. Every time I have gone they are always happy to get things done and make things as easily as possible. They are on hand to advise and help especially when dealing with insurances and RX. Even advised once that if I used the CVS account in place of the insurance it was cheaper! Fantastic people.

Neelofer K, the Supervisor is SUPERB. She is is no nice, always has a smile on her face. She goes out of her way to help each and every employee. I hope they treat her well, she is the only reason I go to CVS!!!!
