I have been a member of the $5.00 a month membership for several months not using the benefit every month. Went to cvs yesterday and the cashier could not figure out how to give me my $10 discount. She tried and tried with no results.

Typical for CVS. Pharmacy staff is incredibly rude. Introduced a system that prevents you from actually speaking to a person, when you do get a person they aren’t helpful. You’d be better arguing with a squirrel outside than trying to get anything done

If you want to use a pharmacy where the staff are condescending and it takes FOREVER to fill a prescription, then this is a great option.

I went in today to get a prescription. There was a issue with the prescription the Dr. called in and the directions I was given by the Dr, absolutely not the pharmacist's fault. What was his fault was the way I was treated. He acted like I was trying to get drugs to sell on the street or something. While he knew what I was told by my Dr. (because he remembered talking to them) and he knew that my Dr. failed to call in the updated prescription (I provided the message in the portal dated and timestamped), he was still condescending and had a very accusatory tone.
I have had great experiences there with my vaccinations (flu, shingles etc..) but I'm headed to Publix, that whole interaction was just a big "NOPE" for me.

Really kind employees! Sierra and the new person (Aikita? Can't remember her name), were very helpful in me using my coupons. I really appreciated the time they spent resolving the issue and were very nice to me.

About the worst pharmacy in the area. Every time I come to this location they are rude, they typically have more than one person behind the counter and say it's going to take more than an hour to fill prescriptions when you're the only person in the store. Even when the prescription was called in prior to your arrival be prepared for a headache, good thing they sell Tylenol here cause you're going to need it. It's truly mind blowing how difficult they make a standard transaction. There are 2 other pharmacy's within 2 miles I would recommend going anywhere before coming here as a last resort. Today is the last time I will give this store business. This has been going on like this for nearly a year now.

The pharmacy staff is extremely rude and sometimes won't even look at me when I need to ask questions. The store staff is always great. If other pharmacies had better hours I would leave this place in a heartbeat. Get rid of the rude ones.

Incompetent and inconsiderate. Canceled a scheduled and confirmed vaccine appt at the last minute, preventing me from getting an alternative appointment earlier in the day when some other places had appts available! My husband said - "honey we have our appt, we don't need to make another"... This was necessary for a family member and CVS was completely inept and not even sorry. They could have offered to help with locating some alternative solution within their network, instead of blaming 'corporate'. This pharmacy does not even deserve 1 star.

Continues to go down hill. Terrible service and rude pharmacists.....I don't know why I still get my meds here. Only decent reason is convenience of location but my last interaction may be the last time I come here. Very sad they can't do better!

Just want to thank Brian the pharmacist at cvs 2500 Mt Vernon road dunwoody ga..took time to teach me how to give my self an injection. He was very patient and kind..wish more employees were like him. You can tell when someone enjoys their job, they are usually patient and kind. CVS is lucky to have him!!
