I won't go into DSW anymore. They worked hard to lose my business. The service is not up to standards and they don't back their products. While there are many choices in the store, after several negative experiences, I've discovered it's not worth it to go in.

Went to this store 3:00 pm on 3/11/2024 with my mother and brothers , sisters . There’s a girl with sweats and tennis shoes standing by the door . I don’t know if her job is to see if people are stealing or to make people feel intimidated . But she just looked at us when we walked in . my mom went to the restroom and she literally followed my mom to the restroom . And when we walked out she was talking on her AirPods . I don’t know about us or what . But when we left out she continued to look at us through the windows . The people who left out before us she was looking at them weird as well and even opened the door and followed them out . She’s unprofessional , ghetto . She needs to be cleaning or putting shoes up instead of making people feel weird to be shopping . I hope the manager sees this and talks to her because that is way too unprofessional .

Unfortunately I have to echo many of the reviews that have been left for this location today. The staff is incredibly rude and very evident that they’d rather do anything than assist you (which, unfortunately is what they’re paid to do..).
I visited this location on 6/14 to return a pair of shoes for store credit with the original receipt, and shoes in box that clearly have never been worn. After speaking with one sales associate (who was anything but friendly), I was then directed to the manager (apparently named Jackie) who questioned me fairly aggressively and proceeded to tell me that she couldn’t accept the return, despite this fitting into the published return policy on their website (in which she also tried to debate with me on).
After having a quick conversation, I was directed to their customer service number via the manager.
Just do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else.
For DSW — please do yourselves a favor and replace the very rude and unpleasant staff at this location.

HORRIBLE! Would not recommend wasting your time or energy in dealing with the rude and unprofessional staff at this location. Tried to make a return for store credit, which it clearly states on their website is the policy and the manager refused to do anything for us. Again, don’t waste your time and go to another location!

Previous reviewers are correct- terrible service. Hate that this location which is so convenient and well organized is staffed with people who clearly don’t want to be there. I had bought inserts along with hundreds of dollars of shoes and when I went to exchange them the next day they were so unhelpful. First they tell you they don’t accept returns. Then they make an “exception”. This went on a couple visits bc I could not find an insert that worked for me. Then my MiL went to exchange a damaged item she bought for my daughter and again came back with the same story. I’ll just buy my shoes elsewhere and avoid the attitude and inconvenience.

Desired to make a return for in-store credit which I stated twice before transaction, to the manager and the assisting employee. Rushed through the transaction and then applied it back to the card although specifically requested store credit. She stated with the form of payment I used I could not return for store credit and if I did they would process as return without receipt so I asked if I called corporate if they would confirm. Then she stated ‘if I would’ve made an exchange they could’ve done it that way [but it was too late now]’. I stated it would’ve been great to know all options initially and she apologized. Still felt like something was off so called corporate and they confirmed manager had said something that wasn’t true, they just (a) wanted to rush through the transaction or (b) didn’t want to go through the process to nullify the return. Either way I’m extremely disappointed, corporate will be advising the staff, but I’m out a store credit 5-7 business days and not even sure it’s going to ever be fulfilled because the Affirm transaction is completely paid off and closed now. Lastly, since I’m taking time to write this, it’s worth noting the selection here isn’t the best, recommend Kennesaw, Marietta, or Alpharetta location for better and more quality selection.

Nothing against the shoes here. Just rude, mediocre employees. Save yourself the headache and go to Nordstrom’s rack down the street.

Worst service experience, I simply needed to exchange shoes. The lady was abrasive and unprofessional. If I hadn't felt sorry for her, I'd have lost my composure. It was apparent she didn't want to be there, I get we've all had jobs that made us feel that way. However that said, as she's a representative for the company, I'll never shop at DSW again.

The sales associate used my 3X rewards perk without my permission and there is nothing that can be done to put it back. I was saving it for a big purchase in December. She chose to use it on my $34 purchase. Really!? It was Black Friday and I could tell by her demeanor she was in no mood to be there. Manager was apologetic but there was nothing she could do. Employees shouldn’t take the liberty to use your perks as they please. I am not happy about this and guess what it’s just too bad for me.
