This place is trash! They straight LIED and stated that they delivered my order at 10:55PM. The person that I ordered this from stated that they never received their order! They won't answer the phones at all. I imagine because they are receiving a high volume of complaints. I disputed the charges. I should have read the reviews ahead of time. TRUST THE REVIEWS. THIS LOCATION SUCKS.

I ordered a valentines package for my wife and they only delivered flowers not balloons as I requested also. And no one will return my call I think this is poor customer service from your company to not check the order being delivered and not taking responsibility for your actions

This location has the worst customer service n delivery. I did my order in store at 9:30 am and asked to be delivered btwn 1pm n 2, my sister’s house is 2 traffic lights away from the location it’s 7pm now and still not delivered. This is not the 1st time this happens and when I called the guy to check on the order he literally said ‘am sorry but we have 40 deliveries a day so if you don’t want to use us again nothing we can do’And he will get what he asked for on top of I am disputing the charge.NEVER EVER USE THIS LOCATION IF YOU WANT GOOD SERVICE, FRESH FRUITS and PROMISED DELIVERY TIME

If you want to order a beautiful arrangement to surprise a love one and get it delivered on time then don’t use this specific store. I scheduled an arrangement far in advance online and the day the arrangement was supposed to be delivered, I went online to check my status and all it said was “received by store, contact store for updated info”. I contacted the store and spoke to a gentleman (which later on I found out was the manager) and asked if they could provide me with an update on my order, he was completely clueless about literally anything, it seemed like it was either his first day working or he just didn’t care. Heard him asking someone, “where’s the order?” and then he responds to me, “it’s on the way”. Later in the evening, I called the store a second time because the store was about to close and my arrangement still had not been delivered and I figured I should call the store before they closed to get an update because what do I do if it doesn’t get delivered and the store closes. This time I spoke to a lady and explained my situation and wanted to get an update on my order and she was just as clueless as the first guy, she proceeds to say she wasn’t sure and hangs up on me. Eventually, the arrangement was delivered but the lack of communication and customer service really was annoying especially when you’re paying so much money for an arrangement. I submit an inquiry online and days later “the manager” contacts me and to my surprise it was the first guy I had spoke to (I recognized his voice, it was very distinct) but he happened to not remember our conversation. I told him I was upset with the lack of communication and customer service, he failed to acknowledge any fault and kept blaming the computer system, yes if the computer system doesn’t work then it’s not your fault but you as the manager should be able to provide me with information on my order that your store is processing. Additionally not only did he fail to acknowledge any wrong doing, he was super unprofessional and didn’t seem to care that I had a bad experience which left a bad taste in my mouth. I will never purchase from this store again and I recommend you take your services somewhere else.

I bought some chocolate dipped strawberries for an anniversary gift for my spouse and chose to have half dark chocolate and half white chocolate. The strawberries were not only delicious but the presentation was also very beautiful. The person behind the counter was very friendly and helpful.If you are trying to order one of the fruit bouquets, then you need to do that in advance as they only make them once they are paid for. They also had several other gift items that you could buy such as bags of coffee, tea, popcorn, cookies, cheesecakes, stuffed animals, balloons and flowers. When I had called in earlier on the phone, the person that I spoke to was not very helpful and just referred me to the website to look at the items they had an order directly through the website. I wasn't familiar with all of the items they sold, and thought it would've been much nicer for that person to have explained some of the offerings and prices to give me a better idea The shop is a small storefront, and most of their space is an industrial kitchen for making the food items

We have received arrangements that have been mediocre in other cities we've lived in, so we were pleasantly surprised that the one we received today was so fresh and delicious. It was my husbands birthday and this was so much better than cake!

Don’t waste your time going here staff and management is terrible and nasty !! They don’t use gloves. Things drop on the floor they pick it up and use them. Fruits are spoilt !!

Absolute horrible experience. Delivery was late. Order was wrong.You can tell it was in a hot car all day. It arrived late. Fruit was oldWrong arrangement and cup. Wrong cookies. 1 Of the balloons was deflated. Just bad overall. Choose another location to order from. I am furious and embarrassed that this surprise for my significant other was delivered so carelessly.

My daughter did not receive it. I spent $185 for this delivery and no refund, no appology, NOTHING!! Terrible!! I found out that when they do not have enough delivery staff, they use Door Dash service and of course, those people do not care if the arrangement is not delivered!! They never even bothered to call me. TERRIBLE!! I want my money back.

So $300 gets you rancid fruit. There’s no excuse why my basket was carelessly prepared. If I could give zero stars was a person….good luck reaching customer service I’ve been on hold for an hour never want anything from this place again in life

Horrible experience from START to FINISH. Called to place a order was told she was to busy to take my order over the phone because she was busy getting orders together. So much for customer service.2nd The driver called and said I need to give the last name because it only printed the first 3 letters and blamed me and I needed to call the person and make them aware of the delivery so much for the surprise called the store to voice my complaint after spending over 70.00 dollars to get a attitude and excuse’s. Save your self from the headache don’t use this location1/17/2022 left messages for the manager still have not received a call back. Please don’t order from this company the strawberry’s looked extremely old not freshly made.1-21-22 UPDATE PLEASE READ. So The manager nor the owner contacted me they lied and blamed me the customer that the address was wrong (BUT I LIVE there and are mail is delivered without issue ) So now this becomes a corporate issue and my credit card company will now get involved.

Store hours are open til 5. At 3:20 they are closed. Very disappointing. I called and was told I could order for tomorrow.

They are not perfect like any business But Mr Sandeep the manager of this store will do anything possible for him to help. And i surely appreciate there are a very limited amount of people that still care for customer service and he is one of them thanks
