I would not recommend. My nieces and other customers storage unit was broken into. Not sure if was an inside job or not. Lack of management and staff at the location when needed.

Shequita or however you spell her name is extremely rude and unprofessional! I asked to pay my bill in person and she told me I’ll have to come back tomorrow to pay an it was a Friday at 4:30 PM ! I said “don’t you close at 6?” and she stated that she had a emergency an I can pay online if I’m that big of a rush . Is that how you guys treat your customers ?

Darryl was awesome! He helped me get the perfect storage unit for my stuff. I 100% recommend this storage facility to anyone who is looking for a place to keep there things. Couldn’t have had better customer service and the facility is clean and well kept.

From the time I made my reservations and when I move my belongs into the unit, the manager has been a true professional, very responsive to my needs and always willing to find a solution. I love his personality and the way he talks to his customers.You all have a GEM!

Mr Darrarly of CubSmart Chamblee is very professional. He introduced the storage spaces to me whilst letting me know that climate control is very cool. Showed me how to access the storage as well as access on elevators as well the accessibility of carts to help moving and storing and their working hours. I appreciate CubeSmart

Considering every move has its stress factors, the peace and assurance I received from Darryl (I hope that's the correct spelling) was truly appreciated. You never know what someone may be dealing with and it pays to simply be kind. I can honestly say that everybody was nice to me Daryl help me out. The storage unit is AC and very easy to maneuver. They do let you take a look at the storage unit before renting a unit out.

My experience was good. Signing up was easy. Staff was friendly.I started my application online and went to the office to sign my lease because I have renter's insurance and that's the only way to apply it. My unit was already reserved and waiting for me. The space is clean. There's a cart available for use.

Had another unit I moved out of. Decided to get a bigger unit. When I went to go enter my code is said account is suspended. Went to the office and no one is there during hours of operation and it's locked. Tried calling the office and no one is there yet the lights are on. This doesn't make one bit of sense. After this month I'm finding another cube smart. This location is horrible. All around. On another side note there was a dude with locs that helped me last time I was here. If he managed this place I would stay but other then that I'm done.
