I always loved shopping at Fab'rik until I purchased an online item that was too big due to poor material. Since I frequently shop at Fabrik, I was not interested in receiving my money back but instead, store credit for future merchandise or even a different size. Unfortunately, the corporate office responded with a hard NO. Not a thank you for being a loyal shopper or an apology. The item I purchased was within the return policy, I have the receipt, and the tags are still attached. Please keep in mind Fab'rik that your competitors accept returns if the lining is still on the apparel and or the tags are still attached to the apparel. I think a one-time forgiveness would have gone a long way. You lost a repeat loyal customer.

Go to another location! I typically love Fabrik for how cute and stylish their pieces are (even though return policy isn’t great lol) and how great the customer service is but that is not the case with this location :/ There is one young woman here who is super sweet but some of the other employees are extremely unpleasant to customers. I will not be returning and would rather drive further to another location than be patronized and rudely talked to like I’m a child ?

I have frequently been to the chattanooga location but decided to make a trip to Dunwoody for the spring fashion show. BEST. DECISION. EVER. My friends and I had the most fun. The store was absolutely gorgeous, clean, and organized… I was helped by Keegan and Azaria, they have the best taste and lots of knowledge about fashion. They made me feel beautiful and important. I wish I lived closer to this location but the chattanooga Fabrik will continue to get my business. I hope to make another trip soon. Fabrik Dunwoody will definitely be a top stop on my list!

Had the most amazing experience at the dunwoody location! Customer service was the best I’ve ever experienced! I went in looking for an outfit for an event I had coming up and I had no idea what I was even looking for but the employees were patient, honest, made me feel beautiful and just so so kind! I ended up finding the PERFECT outfit with their help! I got so many compliments the night of my event, I was so pleased! I will definitely be returning to shop in the future! Overall an amazing experience!

I absolutely love shopping at the dunwoody location! The staff goes above and beyond to help you find the perfect outfit! The visuals are incredible and there is always great variety of styles to chose from! I am thankful for their service that continues to bring me back and find exactly what I need!

Fab’rik Dunwoody is my happy place! For years, this little gem of a boutique has been my ‘go-to’ for any occasion when I want to look fresh, fly, and in-season. The staff is consistently accommodating and professional. I always receive personalized attention. Given my super busy schedule, I oftentimes call the store and let them know the occasion I’m shopping for. Without hesitation, Keegan and his staff will prepare a room so that I can just pop in, try on an amazing selection of items, and leave with my entire outfit (accessories and all!!) I’m so grateful for a wonderful customer experience every time I visit. They keep me #FabrikFly!

I can’t say enough good things about Fab’rik Dunwoody, especially this location because of the manager Keegan and who he hires as well. Every time I go I leave with confidence and something cute to wear. Absolutely love this store!

Every time I walk into Fab’rik Dunwoody I know it’s going to be a great day! They are welcoming, the most fun vibe & gives the best fashion advice & must have for the seaon. Keegan always puts the perfect outfits together for any occasion. It’s my go to boutique!!

I noticed there was a Fabrik next to Target. The other one I used to shop at in Sandy Springs closed so I was excited to see there was one not too far away. When I walked in, the person working was helping another lady at the counter. She never greeted me at all. The other lady walked out to grab something and came back inside. During the time she was outside, the person working still never said a single word to me and I was the only customer inside the store. It felt very awkward. I walked around the entire store and was never spoken to. The only reason why I left without buying anything was because of the poor customer service. I was actually looking to do a big shopping spree since losing weight because none of my clothes fit me now and I’m attending a baby shower next week, but I will take my business elsewhere.

First time going to the Dunwoody location and I probably won’t return due to poor customer service. Wanted to try on items I saw online as sale items are final sale. Had a friend meet me there. We were not greeted upon entering. There was only one other customer in the store. We walked around and I asked if a couple of boots I saw online were available in this store. She replied that they didn’t have them. My friend asked if she knew what brand they were ( so that I could try another shoe on of the same brand for a fit comparison) and she rudely cut her off and repeated that they didn’t have them. She wasn’t friendly at all. My friend said this was not the type of customer service she’s ever received at a fab’rik ever! She did offer to place my items in a fitting room. I asked about if a size of a blouse and if it was available in another store. She said she’d check. When I finished shopping, I came to the register to pay and I had to ask her about the blouse availability in other stores. She didn’t voluntarily follow up. She didn’t offer to call a store for me. She never smiled. I usually don’t shop where I’m not greeted. According to prior reviews, I should go to the Buckhead location for better service.In contrast, I called the Alpharetta location immediately after leaving and the lady on the phone was extremely pleasant and held the items for me. When I arrived. I had a completely different and positive experience. Such a shame since I live closer to Dunwoody but I will drive for better service any day!

Double check their return policy. I purchased Christmas gifts on 12/4 and tried to return a gift that didn't fit on 12/22 and was told "Holiday Return Policy" is 7 days for a refund; 30 days for store credit. Does that make sense? Beware...
